One of the standout parts of the process was our construction manager, Auston. He was superb—responsive, professional, and clearly took pride in delivering a quality home. During the final walkthrough, he was very thorough and took ownership of the punch list items, making sure everything was properly documented and addressed. It was clear he holds a high standard and genuinely cares about the finished product. The home itself—particularly the Prestige model—offers a great layout, and the finishes are a step above many other production builders we considered. Our pool and spa also came together nicely and add a lot to the overall value. As with any new construction, there were a few minor items identified at walkthrough, but the process was handled professionally and efficiently. Overall, we’re very happy with our decision. DiVosta delivered a quality home in a great location, and having a dedicated construction manager like Auston made the experience that much better.
