  We stayed out during both Helene and Milton. We were amazed that we couldn’t hear the storm raging outside. The concrete walls and included hurricane windows gave us confidence in the build of the home. This is a production home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality. Warranty work at one year was minimal, and any issues were addressed in a timely manner. I am not at all hesitant to recommend Beachwalk by Pulte to friends and family.

  Living the Beachwalk Life — and Loving It ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely love Beachwalk in Englewood. From the moment you turn onto Beachwalk Drive, the coastal theme is everywhere — right down to the charming little lighthouse tucked into the landscaping. It sets the tone for the whole community: relaxed, tidy, and full of Florida character. The streets are immaculate and walkable, lined with palms, oaks, and beautifully maintained landscaping. Homes have that clean, breezy coastal look with tile roofs and lush tropical plantings. Our screened lanai and pool back up to a natural preserve, so we get privacy, wildlife, and gorgeous sunsets without a neighbor staring back at us. But what really makes this place special is the community spirit. This Fourth of July, flags were flying on every corner and the neighborhood came together for a parade — exactly the kind of small-town, feel-good energy that made us fall in love with Beachwalk in the first place. It’s more than a subdivision; it feels like home. If you’re looking for coastal Florida living with a real sense of community, Beachwalk is it. We couldn’t be happier here. 🇺🇸🌴

  Buying a new home should come with peace of mind. Instead, dealing with Pulte's warranty department has been frustrating and disappointing. A warranty issue involving my garbage disposal was handled poorly from start to finish. The subcontractor, R.T. Moore, spent only a few minutes inspecting the issue and later submitted a report that inaccurately described the problem. Based on that report, the warranty claim was denied. The warranty representative, Nikki, appeared more interested in defending the subcontractor than helping the homeowner. When I requested escalation, I was told she was the supervisor and there was nobody above her. For a home that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, I expected much better materials, workmanship, and customer service. The warranty process has left me feeling ignored and unsupported. I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to carefully research Pulte's warranty service before purchasing.

  After looking at many communities in the area, Beachwalk by Manasota Key stood out because of its welcoming community vibe, outstanding amenities, and ideal location close to beaches, dining, and recreation. Our experience building our home was excellent from start to finish. Jessica Curtis helped us find the perfect home site and model, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. A special thank you to Patrick Clark, our construction manager, whose communication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality gave us confidence every step of the way. He truly cared for our home as if it were his own. We couldn't be happier with our decision to make Beachwalk our new home.
