  ¡Excelente lugar para vivir! Palm Grove es una comunidad hermosa, limpia, moderna, diversa y muy acogedora. Desde mi mudanza, mi experiencia ha sido excelente. Un agradecimiento especial a Mrs. Latoya, Ms. Angelina, Ms. Brittany y al increíble equipo de mantenimiento por su profesionalismo, amabilidad y buena energía. Siempre hay actividades, promociones y food trucks que hacen la comunidad aún más especial. Como dice uno de los muchachos de mantenimiento: “Another day in paradise!” Y la verdad… ¡así se siente! 100% recomendado.

  I am extremely disappointed with Palm Grove management and how they handled a serious harassment and safety situation. I was harassed by a married man who also lives in the community. What happened was a clear violation of basic boundaries—my safety, my privacy, and my right to be treated with consideration and respect in the place where I live. I reported the incident to management because I was concerned about my safety and about having to continue seeing this person around my own community. Unfortunately, I did not feel that management took the situation seriously or took meaningful action to address my concerns. Someone from the management office actually suggested that I carry pepper spray—as if I should have expected to be harassed in the place I call home and should now be responsible for protecting myself from it. The manager apologized and told me to contact the police, which I did. But an apology does not resolve the situation. The man continues to live in the community and has access to the same common areas, while I am the one left feeling uncomfortable, uneasy, and unsafe in my own home. I am in therapy and actively working on not allowing this situation to affect my daily routine or my sense of peace. However, it has been extremely uncomfortable having to continue living in the same community and knowing that the person involved still has access to the same spaces. No resident should have to work this hard just to feel comfortable and safe in their own home. Residents pay a premium to live at Palm Grove. With that comes a reasonable expectation of quality management, adequate security, privacy, consideration, and a community where residents can feel safe in their own homes. When serious boundaries involving safety and privacy are violated, residents should not feel like they are being left to deal with the consequences on their own. If management is not part of the solution, then they are part of the problem. The lack of meaningful action has left me feeling as though harassment is simply something residents are expected to tolerate here. For the amount residents pay to live at Palm Grove, I expected much better from management and security. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling that protecting the business and the money takes priority over protecting residents. Very disappointed with Palm Grove management.

  Solid apartment complex. Maintenance was often quick to show up when requested and the office staff put effort into monthly events for the residents. Britany at the front office was always so kind and helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed help rescheduling a regular maintenance appointment she was there and happy to help. Palm grove could be improved by enforcing owners picking up after their dogs and cracking down on people leaving junk/trash on and around their porches. But I felt safe and felt like the rent was worth it.

  Mostly have enjoyed living here for the past 3 months. The gym is pretty nice, a nice pool area, even though cabanas could use some work with the moldy stuff but I get it, it’s Florida and wet all the time. The place is pretty nice and has been a great place to meet neighbors and walk. Love our apartment. The only reasons I’m giving it a 3 or borderline 2 is because 1 the gates are SLOW, AND 2 I haven’t gotten a good night of sleep since we moved in. The BRIGHT lights in the fire pit/corn hole area are on ALL NIGHT LONG. I have tried turning them off as have others but they always get turned back on. I’m not sure if management does it or someone else. But it is like prison- I have bought 3 seperate sleep masks but all are enormously uncomfortable and still can see the bright light through it with the blinds closed. I think curtains are a dust trap and just don’t like them, also never thought I would have to buy them. I know they need to have some illumination but everything is PERFECTLY visible with the small lights and the parking lot lights lit and the BRIGHT LIGHTS OFF. Management please do something about it, it is absurd. Thank you. Attached is a picture from my room at 3am when it SHOULD be pitch black. UPDATE- they never did anything about the lights and even made it so they CANNOT be turned off. I emailed them a week ago and they never responded or showed any care for residents comfortability. They ask you to email them and then never responded. No body is even out there all night long for these lights. But quiet hour is 9? Wtf. Don’t move here it’ll waste your time. If management was better and listened more to complaints or responded maybe my opinion would change. Angelina seems nice though! Hope this place keeps good management and gets better in MANY ways. No one should feel like they are sleeping in prison at night with NO explanation.
