  Avoid this place like the plague. The leasing office is full of people who can’t seem to get anything right, and my experience with them has raised serious concerns about their honesty and transparency. The common areas are gross, the property is poorly maintained, and there are bugs everywhere. The EV charging situation is another joke. They can’t even get that figured out, but they’ll be the first ones standing in the parking garage enforcing guest parking and towing cars. It’s honestly ridiculous. They seem to care more about towing people than they do about taking care of the property residents are paying to live in. The priorities here are completely backwards. You can tell where their focus is, and it definitely isn’t maintaining the facility or making this a better place to live. Save yourself the headache and lease somewhere else. There are plenty of nicer apartments right across the street for a better price. I would not recommend wasting your money here.

  Me mudé a Palmera recientemente, y desde el día número uno el señor Jayson fue muy amable, cordial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y responder cualquier duda e inquietud☺️

  Soy nuevo en Palmera, y hasta ahora muy buen lugar. Quiero mencionar a Jayson Perez (Leasing Consultant), como una persona de excelente customer service y buen servicio. Siempre ayudando con cualquier pregunta sin incomodidad. Gracias.

  Jose is always professional and respectful. He has a great attitude, is always willing to help, and genuinely cares about providing good service. I really appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him.
