- MMMiraJun 27, 20261.0I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Palm Tower 1 on June 27. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. We checked in for our scheduled tour 30 minutes early, but instead of listening, she repeatedly interrupted us, rolled her eyes, sighed, and said she couldn’t understand what I was saying. She even assumed we were just visiting someone in the building without bothering to listen. The most surprising part was how quickly her attitude changed once she realized we were actually potential tenants interested in renting an apartment. Suddenly she became friendly, smiled, and started calling other staff members to assist us. However, what happened next was completely unacceptable. As we walked by, she was speaking in Spanish with another employee while pointing at us. Whether or not we understood the language, pointing at prospective residents and talking about them is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. If this is how potential residents are treated before signing a lease, I can only imagine how residents are treated afterward. Management should seriously address their customer service standards.
