- FLFabio LacerdaMay 13, 20255.0I love this condominium, very well located, easy access to all the main corridors of Orlando, it also has many restaurants, malls and stores nearby.
- ODOrlando DwellerNov 24, 20244.0These homes went up pretty quickly. They look nice. Out front on the lake is a fountain but something's wrong because it's shooting up muddy water. I though maybe because it was new it would clean itself out, but it's been almost a year and it's still shooting muddy water. Looks like a chocolate milk fountain. While harmless, it makes me ask about attention to detail and the ability to fix something with a bad aesthetic. It doesn't look good and it makes the builder look bad. The location is next to the LBV High School, so if you don't mind kids, games, and band practice, you're good to go.
