    June 2026 Mitch did an excellent job at quickly responding and communicating everything we needed to know. The area is beautiful and well maintained. The condo was clean, roomy, well stocked, and walking distance to food and entertainment. The beach was a quick tram ride away or accessible by golf cart. We will definitely look to book through Mitch on future stays.

    We rented a house for our annual family vacation with PMI for the second year in a row and we were even more pleased with this house. Mitch is excellent with communications and providing information for our stay. My grandkids especially loved the pool and spa and the house gave ample room for family time and for some private, quiet time. The house was clean and well stocked with all we needed. An excellent stay and we hope for another great experience next year.

    Our large family had a fabulous week at the rental on Santa Rosa Beach! With 10-adults and 10-grandkids our large house was perfect, with plenty of room, a pool and pickle ball court. There was even enough seating for us all to have places to sit for meals. We were a short walk to the beach and market. The house had well-equipped and had bikes, beach chairs, floats and beach toys for the kids. We used the gas grill most nights and it was perfect. Mitch was extremely responsive to every request we made. We're already planning a return next year.

    Our Goldenrod condo at watercolor was exceptional. Perfect location and the inside was immaculate. Mitch and his team and his team went over and beyond to make our stay amazing. I can’t recommend this property and their other ones enough.

    Had a wonderful experience with the stay and host. They were very responsive to any questions that we had throughout our stay. The place was very clean and it was an amazing location. Will definitely be using them again!
