    Just got back from Pointe Condo 311. It was fantastic! Our place was great, big, bright, very clean and the amenities were top notch. We couldn't have asked for more. Mitch and the team from PMI Destin - 30A were wonderful. Thoughtful throughout, quick to reply and always with a great attitude, a pleasure to deal with. We'll be back! Thanks for everything!!

    We had a fantastic experience at our rental with PMI Destin. From the beginning the communication was fantastic. Always quick and courteous to reply to any questions I had. Also, a very through and detailed guide was provided before our stay that made planning activities and what to expect much easier. Our unit was very comfortable, clean and beautiful. I was so pleased at how well stocked our unit was as well. It made for such a comfortable and easy stay. Our kids really appreciated all of the beach items (toys, floats, boogie boards etc) that were above and beyond as well making their time so fun. All in all we had a perfect stay in a great location and I would 100% recommend this location and company to anyone. We would also absolutely stay here again.

    This condo was perfect for my family. It had everything you would need for your beach vacation including all the chairs, towels and toys! Being right on the beach was game changer for quick access to the house for restroom, quick bite, drinks etc! The hot tub was a perfect end to every night! Would 100% recommend this condo and will definitely be staying here again!
