  Solera at Avalon Trails has been a great decision for me and my wife to move here. Management is on top of all our needs, fast to take care of any issues that pop up.

  We love it at Solera at Avalon Trails. We come from a house and decided we didn't want the headache of a house any longer. We love renting.....they handle everything. It's quiet and we get to share the beautiful clubhouse and pools with Avalon Trails. We didnt want to have to go into a highrise with people on top of us or below. This villa is perfect and we even have a garage! They also have a monthly gathering so we get to meet our neighbors. Best decision we ever made!

  Great place to live. The staff, Karen, Otero and Tanner are very helpful and friendly. Very responsive to requests for help.The villas are very spacious and well appointed. Many activities to participate in.

  We drove there to help someone out so we didn't really see the inside but I was absolutely super impressed by the beauty of the surroundings. Super clean, beautiful lagoons and old growth trees, and looked like a very nice rec center and pool. A lot of waterways in the complex so if you have small children you would have to keep a good eye on them!
