I can’t say enough good things about our experience with this apartment community. From the very beginning, everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They made the entire process of getting my Mema settled in feel easy and welcoming, and that meant so much to our family. Jessica, in particular, was wonderful to work with. She was always responsive, understanding, and genuinely kind. Even when circumstances changed and we needed some additional understanding and flexibility, we were treated with nothing but compassion and respect. It’s rare to have such a positive experience from beginning to end, and I’m incredibly grateful for the way Jessica and the entire team treated my Mema and our family. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where the staff truly cares about the people they serve. Megan McBride

If you are considering moving to Century Dunes / renting from Asset Living: DO NOT work with these people. Document absolutely everything if you do. My experience has included an unresolved silverfish infestation, a disputed $200 cleaning charge that management later agreed to remove, repeated accounting errors, changing balances, weeks of delays, poor communication, and a delayed security-deposit refund. Most seriously, my account was sent to collections while the underlying balance was actively disputed and management was still correcting its own accounting. A $173 collection then appeared on my credit report and my FICO score dropped 62 points. Their accounting has been corrected multiple times, and their latest written communication now says they owe me money, yet I have still spent weeks chasing the refund and asking basic questions about whether a check was issued or mailed. Anyone considering moving here should take photos and video of everything, keep every inspection report, download every ledger, save every email, and get every conversation in writing. Based on my experience, I would not rent here again and would strongly caution prospective tenants before signing anything with Century Dunes / Asset Living.

One word Amazing! all the ladies here are so helpful and kind. One of the very few offices to answer the phone the first time you call. That alone speaks volumes. Thank you!
