  Hola soy residente de limetree hace 15 años. Y estoy muy contenta viviendo en esta comunidad. Todo el personal son mu agradables y respetuosos En cuanto a la manager Fátima . Es muy amable muy profesional siempre responde a todas las inquietudes. Y nesecidades cuanto el condominio es muy limpio y muy seguro hoy en día sigo viviendo en el condominio todavía. Muchas gracias.

  A place where there is a cruel and uncontrolled cockroach infestation. When you move you lose all your furniture because the cockroach takes over. And they don't return the security deposit. They charged me 10 dollars for a washing card and I bought one with lizz. 2 years ago because the machine damaged my card and my Credits that were on the card were not returned. The reason for my departure was that I needed 3 bedrooms. But the real reason for my departure was the cockroach infestation. They paid me 200 dollars to change the carpet, which I washed a week before leaving. claiming because they had pets. but the cockroaches are there... in the end, this is the real thing about this place. In the end filthy pools. The review rating isn't even worth a star. I'm tired of complaining about the cockroaches and nothing could be solved. Cockroaches were on the roof of the apartment. I have photos and videos. I just don't post the photos because no one deserves them. Fátima is super polite and attentive. .maintenance also good polite people .washing machine and dryer always faulty .take a good look before renting . Because it's really difficult

  I have been a resident here for 7 yrs. & recommend this place. The apts. are spacious, the grounds are very well kept & clean, the community is q quiet and safe. No crime. The maintenance responds promptly to routine work requests and always courteous & friendly. The only bad thing is that the laundry room they have is always busy & not enough washing machines & dryers. Many of the machines are also out of order. Big inconvenience.
