  The entire home buying process has been incredibly simple and stress free, which we honestly didn’t expect. Everyone we’ve worked with has been attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick to respond whenever we’ve had questions or needed help. We truly feel like buying a home has been easier than buying a car, and that says a lot! 😂 The communication, support, and overall experience have made what can be an overwhelming process feel surprisingly easy. A huge thank you to Ryan Holmes and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. We genuinely appreciate everything you’ve done for us and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!

  Our experience with Ryan Homes at Rivington has been exceptional from start to finish. Kahla and Jessica have been amazing to work with—they’re incredibly knowledgeable, communicate every step of the process, and always seem to find a pathway to closing no matter the situation. I always felt informed and never had to wonder what was happening next. Jason, our Project Manager, has also been outstanding. He took the time to walk us through every stage of the build, from pre-construction to framing, all the way through our new home orientation. During orientation, he explained every detail of the home—from each outlet and light switch to the systems and features—making sure we felt confident and comfortable before moving in. The entire team has been informative, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Buying a home can be stressful, but they’ve made it an enjoyable experience. I truly couldn’t imagine buying a home anywhere else. Highly recommend Ryan Homes at Rivington!

Kahla was excellent and made everything so seamless that before we knew it, we were already signing the contract! And just to be clear—this wasn't some fairy tale; it was simply pure professionalism at its best." The integration with NVR Mortgage Finance was a game-changer. They made the financing part incredibly practical and fast. It took only 5 days from our very first visit to get the pre-approval and the signed contract in hand. Now, we are just excited for construction to start! Our dream home is finally happening.
