  I’ve had a great experience with this apartment community so far. The entire process has been smooth and stress-free from start to finish. A special shoutout to Leslie who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, professional, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions, making everything easy to understand. The move-in process was seamless, and the community has been welcoming and well-maintained. So far, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home.

  The community is always clean, well-maintained, and cared for, which makes it a wonderful place to call home. The staff is absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their dedication to the residents and the property truly shows. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

  We had an absolutely terrible experience living at this apartment complex and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. From the beginning, there were constant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. Our garage was infested with roaches, and despite keeping our apartment very clean, we constantly dealt with silverfish inside the unit. We were also charged for a pet-related carpet replacement in a room our pet never even entered.. The smell of marijuana was constant throughout the building. Management would place notes on doors telling residents not to smoke, but no actual action was ever taken to address the issue. Noise was another ongoing problem — loud music at all hours, frequent disturbances, and repeated smoke alarm testing because residents kept unplugging sensors. One testing day lasted over two hours during the middle of a workday and interrupted baby naps and work calls. Safety was one of our biggest concerns. We had a man (who lived at the apartment) chase our young children to the car and make sexual innuendos towards them. We filed a police report, yet the apartment complex did nothing. There was also a homeless man who was hiding and sleeping in the gym because it was left unlocked. Despite having a “safety officer,” we never saw any meaningful action taken regarding these serious issues. The property itself was poorly maintained. The gate was constantly broken, the elevator frequently stopped working (which was extremely difficult living on the fourth floor with groceries and children), dog urine was often left in the elevator and hallways, and dog waste was everywhere around the property. The pool was also constantly closed. This place advertises itself as “luxury living,” but it was anything but luxury. For only slightly more per month, we now live in a single-family home in a much safer area with maintenance included, and our utility costs are about the same. Overall, this was one of the worst living experiences we’ve ever had, and I would encourage anyone considering this complex to seriously reconsider before signing a lease.
