  Has a great pool and also really loved having access to the trails right behind the complex!!! Great plus! From the day that I toured with Evelyn, to moving in, and through out my stay I have to say Evelyn had been so kind and helpful as well as Lisa at the front desk.

  Almost one year since I moved here, I am definitely going to renew my lease. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Great location; close to Orlando, Daytona, airports and all the shopping centers in Debary and Orange city. The cost of rent is a great value. The pool area is a great time and they have monthly resident “parties,” as well as weekly food trucks. The hiking trail behind the complex is a must do, I use it almost daily.

  I had a great experience with Integra 289 Exchange, especially working with Evelyn Zuniga. She provided excellent customer service, was very professional, and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Evelyn was patient, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Her friendly attitude and dedication truly made a difference.   Leslie was more than helpful. She was friendly, patient, and went way above and beyond with helping me and my aunt move into an apartment. I cant thank her enough for all that she did for us, she is what makes integra 289 feel like home and that we are part of the family here. Thank you so so much.
