  Honest Review: We’ve been staying at Oasis for a couple of months now, and overall, it has been a pretty decent experience. A special thank you to Leo, the manager, for being helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages of living here is the convenient location. There are so many stores, restaurants, and other places nearby, which makes everyday shopping and errands very easy. There are a few things I hope management can consider improving. Since the kitchens are on the smaller side, having at least a dishwasher would make things much more convenient. A small kids’ playground or play area would also be a wonderful addition and make the community more family-friendly. I also think the community could benefit from more landscaping and greenery. Some of the flower areas look a little dry or have dead flowers, which can make the surroundings feel somewhat desert-like. Adding more colorful plants, flowers, and greenery—especially around the front porches and entrances—could make the property look much more beautiful, welcoming, and scenic. We’ve also experienced some loud noises from upstairs, which can sometimes be disruptive. Another concern is the smell of weed/smoke coming into the apartment and affecting the A/C filter. Hopefully, management can find a solution to help address these issues and make the living environment more comfortable for everyone. Despite these concerns, our overall experience has been good. For the couple of months we’ve been here, we’ve found Oasis to be a decent, convenient, and comfortable place to live, especially because of how many shops and businesses are nearby. With a few improvements, I think Oasis could become an even more beautiful and family-friendly community. Thank you again to Leo and the Oasis team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I’ve been living in this community for 7 years now. The management and maintenance team is here is great, respectful and very responsive. This community consists of a mix of retired and working families. It is a quiet and safe community and also pet friendly 🐾 which is a plus. If I could own my apartment believe me I would buy it. I truly love it here💗.

  I lived there for 2017 to 2025 and they say that they are luxury apartments but there not The only thing luxury about them are the prices Horrible staff and not enough staff when I need them The biggest scam in Daytona Beach not worth the money and definitely not worth the stress.... And owners and staff are always complaining about something, one of the reasons I moved out. I there was a rating lower than 1 star that's what I would give them

  Just moved in recently, the complex is among the cleanest in town. Wonderful staff, hard working maintenance, great amenities and a great community. 5 stars isn't enough. We love living here. Everything is closer we’ve only been here a couple weeks and it’s such a great place. The environment is family friendly! It feels like home and not just a regular apartment complex. The staff is great!
