  I had a great experience with the Anatole Daytona Beach Apartments! I especially want to thank Jade and Dorothy for their outstanding support throughout my application process. They went above and beyond, Jade even staying past her time to make sure I fully understood everything and that my application was completed properly. 💓 JADE YOU ROCK 💪 Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process so much easier for me. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend working with them. Jade never stop until I was approved, i appreciate you girl.  💓 JADE AND DOROTHY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its more than 5 🌟 from me...

  Has gone downhill since I moved in---have since moved out for several reasons- Community wise--you have to remind maintenance that you put in a ticket. The overall look of the place has changed due to neglect more than anything else--there is an island by bldg 4 that was really nice and clean when I moved in but now it is just a pile of whatever anyone wants to throw in there---you can't see around the growth which makes it dangerous for kids riding their bikes and boards. It took several reminders to get someone to cut the growth back that was growing across the road and when the landscapers did cut it back, they just threw the scraps over on some other bushes. Nobody cares about the look of this place--the office looks really nice though! All the sidewalks need attention--there are cracks and missing pieces everywhere (except the office of course)---and for some reason nobody knows how to pick up the cement barrier pieces by bldg 4 and pour a new cement barrier--instead they come by and paint the pieces bright yellow---even the piece that is laying on the sidewalk---which has been tripped over several times and 1 lady even fell flat on her face. That is pure negligence on the part of management. We have all brought this to management attention but they just come by and paint it again. DOG PARK? There is no dog park---just a fenced in area about the size of a car and it has nasty mulch instead of grass---there are so many other places for a dog park but this one is way back in the corner and it's main use is for bathroom breaks. APT415: I really hope they redo this apt before anyone else moves in---so many problems...the cabinet about the sink has a bowed bottom so you cannot stand anything up in those. The ground floor apts have a wooden wall around the patio---lots of woodrot, oh and they have termites as well---these walls need to be replaced. Lots of black mold issues--the bathroom has no ventilation and the exhaust fan doesn't work half the time and is noisy as hell--yes maintenance was called about it--told him it sounded like the fan blade was loose and was told all the fans are that loud. The water heater broke and water went everywhere--even under the wall to the Livingroom--I could actually push on the molding in the livingroom and see water come out---they said they would come back with a dehumidifier but nothing ever happened---so there is most likely black mold in that wall. Believe me when I say that there are lots of other apts out there that are a lot nicer, bigger floor plans, very nice dog parks etc..

  I’m an international student from Hong Kong. Dorothy, the community manager, has been absolutely wonderful! From my first tour to the confirmation of my rental contract, the whole process took only five days. She offered incredible support during the approval process since my funds come from outside the U.S., and I truly appreciate her help. The apartment is clean, new, and well-maintained — I’m so happy to have found my first home in the United States!

  Well kept community, with up to date amenities in a decent neighborhood. Situated close to the Daytona Speedway, Tanger Outlets and Interstate access. The Management company-Ventura has an easy application process and Courtney and Jade in the office are excellent with communication.
