This place has new owners and not supposed to mention the name, but Holly is one of the best property manager/owners I’ve ever had the opportunity to engage apartment rental with. They’re very professional very punctual easily accessible. They keep the apartments very clean. They have vendors that come on the same day if you have to rent and all inclusive property with utilities then this is one you should check out.

My name is Lee! I am a current tenant under PMI! They’re an excellent rental company! Usually in Daytona with landlords, they don’t wanna come and fix things this COMPANY DOES! They do! They truly care about you! I needed some repairs as of yesterday! Maintenance came ,and fixed them today! All 3 of my issues! If you are looking for quality people to rent from ask for HOLLY!
