  Do not move here! These apartments are not taking care of properly. One of the pools has been closed for close to 3 years. There is a bug problem here. Trash piles up in the hallways at the dumpster it's disgusting. Also none of the lights in the complex work. Only the lights on the buildings. This has been going on for over 3 months. Nothing gets fixed. You can change management companies but it's all the same they do nothing. All they want to do is fill Apartments after that they don't care one single bit, they will put you in an apartment that's already has issues because they didn't fix them. And there is a problem with people stealing stuff out of your cars. Also people coming to the pool that don't live here.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. Honestly, this has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. The property is poorly maintained, and it feels like management has no interest in actually fixing the problems residents are dealing with. The maintenance is especially frustrating. They constantly mark work orders as “complete” when the issue hasn’t even been started, let alone fixed. When they do eventually come out, they often leave things messy or unfinished. It feels like the goal is simply to close the work order rather than actually resolve the problem. There are also constantly mountains of trash piled up around the dumpsters, which makes the property look terrible and gives the whole complex a neglected feeling. On top of that, the bug problem in the units is awful and seems to be an ongoing issue. Trying to contact the office is another nightmare. They rarely answer the phone, and getting a response or having an issue properly addressed can feel impossible. Overall, the property is poorly kept, maintenance is unreliable, communication from the office is terrible, and problems that should be taken seriously are repeatedly ignored or marked as completed without actually being resolved. I would absolutely not recommend living here.
