  Jason is the best!! I needed to get into the apartment very quickly and he worked with me and kept me updated every step of the way. He has helped me throughout my stay with any questions or favors (such as grabbing a package for me when I'm away). He has gone above and beyond while being incredibly friendly. He is positive and happy and an absolute joy to see around the community. I can't thank you enough, Jason!

  Shalimar at Davie looks like a beautiful place to call home! The location is fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, Publix, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and the movie theater. Wolf Lake Park is right nearby, and there are several great schools in the area, including Silver Ridge Elementary, Pioneer Middle, and Cooper City High. With NSU just minutes away and easy access to I-595 and the Turnpike, this is definitely a community worth checking out!

  The garbage collection system we had before was very good. Collection took place at night, when residents were already home and ready to rest. The next day, each resident would take their trash can back, and the hallways would be clean. This service was provided seven days a week. I don't understand why they've made such a terrible change. With my work schedule, I'm not in the apartment before 8 pm, which makes it impossible for me to put the trash out for collection. I imagine this is the situation for many other residents. Since garbage is visible outside the apartments all day long, it attracts animals and, consequently, creates unsanitary conditions in the hallways.
