  My experience with Mathew Martin throughout the sales process was exceptional. He communicates well, takes his time explaining the Pulte process, and delivered on everything we spoke about. I also worked with Kim Siciliano as the construction manager. She made sure that every part of the property upon completion was to our liking and it was a joy to work with her. If you are interested in the Marigold community, I would highly recommend Matt and Kim!
