  My family and I had been eyeing Pulte Homes for years, hoping that one day we would be able to build our dream home with them. From the moment we walked into the sales office, Audrey made that dream feel possible. Audrey is truly one of a kind. She is warm, inviting, funny, attentive, and genuinely cares about the families she helps. Her knowledge, patience, and responsiveness throughout the process made a lasting impression on us. In fact, because of Audrey, we knew this was the community where we wanted to build our home. She guided us every step of the way and always made us feel valued and supported. We also want to recognize Gus, our Construction Manager, who went above and beyond throughout the build. He was professional, communicative, and committed to making sure everything was done right. His attention to detail and dedication gave us confidence during the entire construction process. The exceptional service did not stop there. Everyone at Pulte, from the financing team to the title and closing department, was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-organized. We closed on our home on April 27th, and today we can confidently say we are incredibly happy with our home and the entire experience. Thank you to Audrey, Gus, and the entire Pulte team for helping make our dream a reality. We highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to build a new home!

  Quality build and an awesome team from Lorenzo ( Construction Manager) to the Warranty team Ben & Tania) to the title team! The follow ups from all are amazing and they make you feel welcomed and wanted!   We truly could not have asked for a better construction manager than Gabriel throughout the process of building our brand new home. From day one, he went above and beyond in every way possible. He consistently provided weekly updates, always kept us informed, and made us feel involved and reassured throughout the entire process. No matter the question or concern, Gabriel answered every phone call and was always available when we needed him. What stood out most was how quickly he handled anything that came up. Any issue, big or small, was addressed immediately, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Building a home can be stressful, but Gabriel made the experience smooth and enjoyable because of his professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and dedication. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you for making our dream home experience such a positive one!
