I lived here for two years, and ever since the new management company, Citrus Vista, took over, this place has gone downhill. They moved the trash dumpsters into the middle of the complex, and there is trash scattered everywhere.
I would not recommend living here. The apartments are small, and the walls are incredibly thin. You can hear your neighbors coughing through the walls. If you have an upstairs neighbor, don't expect much sleep. Every footstep echoes throughout the apartment, and you'll end up living on their schedule through no fault of their own.
The air conditioning also seems to break down every summer, often for days at a time during the hottest part of the year, making the apartments extremely uncomfortable. And dont even get me started on the mold, ruin my whole dam closet at one point, I had to throw away all my clothes.
During my time here, I had to sign a lease multiple times due to management issues. Eventually, I gave up trying to get it resolved, but not before they started charging me an additional $400 per month for not having a lease on file. When I moved out, they also kept my security deposit over what I believe were made-up charges, even though I left the apartment clean and in good condition.
It's honestly not worth fighting them unless you're willing to spend the time and money to take them to court. Most people don't have those resources, and management knows it.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. There are much better places to live for the money.
