  My name is Francisco medina, I'm a resident at champions vue loop Apt #113 . since I moved here at the begining of year I had a great experience.Naomi the assistant manager have been instrumental in my wife and I having a wonderful time while leaving at the facility.Naomi is professional, attentive and carering about us the residents.i like to recommend anyone to moved to such beautiful place and at the same time , awesome service from the staff, Naomi , carl the manager and the maintenance grew , wonderful people.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding job that has been done at Champion’s Vue Apartments. Noemi the assistant manager is courteous, professional, pleasant to speak with, and, most importantly, she genuinely takes the time to listen to residents and address their concerns. She has a way of making residents feel heard, and she follows through with a level of professionalism that is not always easy to find in property management. And Colton the property manager has also been a pleasure TOP NOTCH. He is professional, respectful, approachable, and always willing to help. He handles situations calmly and professionally, and his commitment to the community is evident in the way he interacts with residents and assists in resolving issues. It is refreshing to see management team members who are accessible and who take pride in their work. Over the past two years, I have seen real progress at Champion’s Vue. The gate has been repaired, the elevators have been fixed, and there has been a greater focus on the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. It is encouraging to see management taking action and making improvements that residents can actually see and experience. The reason I feel these efforts deserve recognition is because I have lived at Champion’s Vue for almost seven years. Several years ago, the property went through multiple ownership and management changes. Unfortunately, with each change, it seemed like less attention was being given to the community, and the overall condition of the property began to decline. That is why the improvements being made today stand out so much. Having witnessed both the difficult periods and the positive changes, I can honestly say that the difference is noticeable. I am grateful for the progress that has been made and hope Naomi, Colton, and the rest of the management team continue moving the community in the right direction. The positive changes are being seen, appreciated, and making a difference.

  I’ve lived here over 7 years. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been helpful and friendly. The grounds and pool area are well kept. Very convenient to school, shopping areas and restaurants.

  I applied for an apartment here and the communication was extremely frustrating. It was very difficult to get in contact with the office, and most of the time my calls either went unanswered or were disconnected. I often had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information. Based on my experience with the leasing office, the customer service felt unprofessional and unorganized, which made me decide against moving here.
