  I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience here! From the very beginning, the entire process has been welcoming and positive. A special thank you to our leasing agent Dajanae Pizarro, who has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly kind, caring, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Her customer service is truly exceptional, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the residents and their experience. She has always made us feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The community itself has also been a wonderful place to call home. It is beautiful, well maintained, and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We have been extremely happy with our experience and are very glad we chose to live here. Highly recommend this community, and especially the wonderful team in the leasing office. Five stars all around!

  Although the property looks nice and some of the staff are friendly, I recommend being very careful before signing a lease. One of the biggest issues we experienced was mold. We found mold in our unit multiple times, and the last time it had spread inside the walls. We requested that the management hire a professional mold remediation company. Under Florida law, landlords have certain obligations to address these types of issues, but in our case, we did not receive a timely response. Instead, the office sent the maintenance crew, who used chemicals with such a strong odor that we couldn’t stay in our apartment for several hours. I also requested documentation showing that the crew was certified to perform mold remediation, but I never received a response. If you have children, I would also recommend asking detailed questions about the community. We were told it was family-friendly, but our experience was different. We received complaints from neighbors despite simply living with young children, which made our stay stressful. My advice is to inspect your unit thoroughly before moving in and report any maintenance issues in writing, preferably by email, so you have documentation if problems arise. If you believe your concerns are not being addressed, you may also consider contacting the appropriate health authorities or filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

  Giorgia is outstanding! She is diligent, kind, and professional. She is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to assist residents. Every interaction with her at the leasing office has been pleasant and efficient. She truly makes the experience much better. Highly recommended!

  My name is Francisco medina, I'm a resident at champions vue loop Apt #113 . since I moved here at the begining of year I had a great experience.Naomi the assistant manager have been instrumental in my wife and I having a wonderful time while leaving at the facility.Naomi is professional, attentive and carering about us the residents.i like to recommend anyone to moved to such beautiful place and at the same time , awesome service from the staff, Naomi , carl the manager and the maintenance grew , wonderful people.
