  I can't say enough great things about The Waters at Redstone! My experience has been a 10/10 from day one, and I truly love living here. Moving all the way from Wisconsin to Florida was a huge life change, and finding a place that immediately felt like home made the transition so much easier. Go Pack Go! One of the biggest reasons I've had such a great experience is the amazing management team! Paige, Kiara, Blaine and Bubba have all been incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They will make you feel welcome the second you walk through the door! They go above and beyond to make the residents feel valued , and they are always willing to help with anything that comes up. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in how well this community is run. The community is such a beautiful place, well-maintained, and the overall environment is peaceful and truly feels like home! I wholeheartedly recommend The Waters at Redstone if you are looking for a place to call home, this has been the best decision I've made and I am grateful for everything the team does to make this such a wonderful place to live. Thanks again to the team for making my move such a positive and memorable experience!

  If you think you're about to have a nice relaxing time at the pool or sitting out on your balcony or taking a mid day relax or nap...think again! Apparently the rules of the pool about no noisy behavior or yelling or horseplay don't apply to children and the parents have zero obligation to make sure their children follow the rules. It's a children's pool at this point. Nothing but screaming and shrieking at the top of their lungs and the leasing office is right there so there's no way the manager or any of the stuff don't hear it. Sure, small children and toddlers may get excited every now and then but to be screaming and shrieking like that every 10 seconds for hours is excessive and older children should just know better. It's no longer a relaxing environment for everyone or a relaxing place to spend your free time at a place you pay so much money to live and enjoy the amenities

  Kiara is the GOAAT, she’s been so patient and answering our MILLIONS of questions haha she made the process so easy 10/10 would recommend her for your leasing agent and the property is beautiful

  A lovely place. My girlfriend and I are looking to move here and Blane was such a great help. Loved the tour, the atmosphere, and of course the apartment. Will do a follow-up review after we settle down here, but so far its amazing!

  The community is beautiful well maintained and the atmosphere here is very welcoming. The team in the office is amazing. Blane, Ava, Kiara, and Carie are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we need. Maintenance is always quick to respond. They truly care about the resident and work hard to make sure everyone has a great experience living here I highly recommend the water at Redstone for anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.
