  I've had a great experience at The Waters at Crestview. I secured my lease while living overseas, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Patricia was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process and made move-in day easy, including a great tour of the apartment and community. Lindsey, the community manager, has also been friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to work with. The amenities are outstanding. The pool and grilling areas are fantastic, the 24/7 fitness center is well-equipped, and the clubhouse has a great game room with a pool table and other games that my kids really enjoy. Overall, it's one of the nicest apartment communities I've lived in, and I'm very happy with my decision to call The Waters home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Patricia was wonderful. Since I lived several hours away, she gave me a virtual tour of the property, and the property looked great. It took 2 or 3 months for me to decide whether or not I was moving to the area, and Patricia checked in on me periodically to update me. I ended up not moving to Crestview, but these apartments looked great and the customer service was great, too.

  The apartments are absolutely gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. If you’re looking for an active community this is where to go. They do monthly activities to get people involved which is fun. The problem is constantly loud neighbors since it’s a younger community and parking is awful if you live in buildings 6, 7, or 8. There’s few spaces for those amount of buildings and if there’s guests you are definitely walking a ways to your apartment. Highly recommend avoiding those areas if you don’t want to walk a ‘mile’. The other buildings are fine. They have ample parking.

  Moving here from Louisiana was one of the hardest and most emotional decisions I’ve ever made. I was completely devastated about leaving home, and to be honest, I never even got to see this apartment in person before signing the lease. I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. The moment I walked through the door, it was love at first sight. Everything that was promised to me was exactly as described, and then some. I was even welcomed with a Stanley cup, which was such a thoughtful touch. I want to personally thank all of the wonderful women in the office Patricia, Joyce, Lindsey, and MJ. You all have made this transition so much easier than I ever imagined. Your kindness, patience, and support throughout this process have meant more to me than words can express. Moving to a new place and starting over is never easy, but you all helped make it feel like home from day one. The world needs more people like you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you’ve done for me. I truly couldn’t have done this without you all. ❤️

  The apartments are beautiful, amenities that come with them are a great bonus! Joyce was absolutely amazing, she made the whole process super easy and pleasant. Would highly recommend these apartments proudly!
