  It had been 14 years since i applied for an apartment and my partners first time ever so it was very nerve racking. The leasing office employees were overly kind and helpful through all of my non stop questions and concerns 😅 we got approved and moved in quickly and efficiently. The place is beautiful from the pool to the gardening and the gated community is all so nice to have. We’ve only been moved in for a few days but we are so happy with spring creek apartments and the staff!

  HALLA did a GREAT job of creating a positive/pleasant environment. She was proficient at her job and use of the computer & the golf cart, & her verbal communication skills were excellent. She even went the extra mile and showed me how to navigate through the website to submit an application. I don't know what she is making but she should be considered for a raise or that least a gift certificate or taken out to eat as a token of appreciation for the effort she applies on the job!

  I lived at Spring Creek for nearly 2.5 years. They went through 4 Community Mgrs and 4 Head Maintenance Mgrs. That says a lot. Overall, it was pretty good. Loved my apartment. But… DO NOT LEASE UNIT 5008 That unit has a gnat infestation. I caught hundreds and hundreds of gnats every spring and summer for 2.5 years. It was awful I give the Team A+ for effort. F for results. The gnats kept coming. Daily Unless they can produce results of stopping the gnats in 5008, do not sign a lease. It’s bad. I have pictures Other than that, they need to deep clean the place. Good luck, I’m retired and moved to a new location. It’s great! The Exchange. New. Clean. Friendly. All my best M

  I loved the tour and moving in on Saturday. The place is beautiful 😍 and kelly and mrs hale ( probably spelled wrong ) are both are the sweetest women ever !!! Oh and hale is not a spam caller she just pleasantly chipper like that lol hahabahaha Mrs. Kelly was amazing helping me get into my apartment.
