- ALAL LIVELYSep 29, 20261.0I don't not recommend living here if you are disabled. Most buildings have only one disabled parking spot, if someone is harassing you by encroaching your handicap parking space for several months nothing is done. If You are disabled, you are no one here @springcreek Homeless come to take bathes in the pool at night. Dirt, water constantly falls on you when sitting on your patio from people above your patio with plants because the patio floor above yours has gaps from the wood deck. Nothing like having a brown recluse fall in your morning coffee. I would be happy to remove my comment and review if at least disabled spots would be enforced, especially when me being A disabled person is constantly Harassed by a person the does not live in the building or unit. I have had a step replaced already because of the individual hitting it with their door when there is several empty spaces at the unit where their building is located.

The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the units themselves look great—spacious, fresh, and ready to move in. Highly recommend asking for Melena if you're looking to take a tour!
