  Beautiful Community! The open-concept kitchen immediately caught my attention, and the apartment homes are incredibly spacious with thoughtful details throughout. The bathroom is absolutely stunning, and the overall design truly feels more like a custom home than an apartment. I also love that the community is tucked away from the busy road, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere while still being conveniently located. This is a wonderful place to call home!

  The leasing team has been incredibly welcoming, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. Moving in was a smooth and positive experience, and we’re excited to call this community home for years to come.

  In all honesty. The only reason this place is still running is because of Katie and Jaden. They bust their asses to make sure the property is nice and there is clearly no support given from higher up. The grounds guy is pretty well useless. From what I can tell, Katie has been leasing and managing solo from the very beginning. Same with Jaden. With all the issues and terrible tenants, there isn’t enough money in the world to make me stay. Can’t wait to move.

  Instantly regretting my decision to move here. When I was shown the property, I was shown through the patio door. I never got to see the breezeway. Upon moving in, I notice the breezeway was very dirty, and still is. My favorite part is people leaving their trash in the breezeways for days and days. You would think management actually walked the property at a “luxury apartment complex”to ensure things are being maintained… The grounds people do not blow the grass off the sides of the building nor the walkways. Grass has sat on the building for so long near my door that it has turned black. People do not pick up their dog poop, and just overall grounds are not well kept. At least in my section of apartments. I’m sure the ones closest to the office are. I was also told it would be professionally cleaned… Never happened… Spider webs everywhere in the apartment and on the patio. I’m sure there is a max amount of people that can live in one apartment. But in my section there’s about 8 people living in one apartment. ALWAYS LOUD! Gotta love the weed smoking constantly going on and the kids always throwing trash everywhere. I could’ve saved a lot of money and moved to low income apartments. I’m sure the results would be the same. I don’t know how they’re going to resolve the issues here but everyone I have spoken to that lives here are already planning their next move. Just as I am as well. It’s a shame, the apartments look nice… Just didn’t know I would be living in the hood while paying for luxury apartments.

  This place is honestly a mess. The biggest issue is that there simply are not enough people working here to handle the amount of problems this complex has. The staff members themselves are actually great people and do the best they can, but they are clearly overwhelmed and severely understaffed. The construction quality here is terrible. The buildings feel cheaply built, and it shows everywhere. The AC units constantly have issues, the finishes throughout the apartments are poor, the walls have little to no insulation, and there are even missing air registers in some units. The flooring is uneven and lumpy, almost like there’s debris underneath it. Common areas are dirty, bugs are everywhere, and the grounds are generally not well maintained. Whoever supervised the construction of this place seriously dropped the ball, because the workmanship is unacceptable. On top of that, residents constantly speed through the complex, creating a real safety concern. Despite this being an ongoing issue, management does not seem to care enough to install speed bumps or take any meaningful action to address it.
