  The apartments here are beautiful and spacious and feel more like a home than an apartment. Bedrooms and closets are generously sized and the bathrooms are well done also; the master baths are very beautiful! The modern design is aesthetically pleasing and nice but not too 'cold' as is sometimes the case. LOVE that there's a space that can be utilized as an office! Love the soft close cabinets and drawers! The grounds are clean and well kept from what I have seen. The amenities are very nice (love the gym!) and the salt-water pool is spacious and pretty. Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with during the application process. She is very friendly and communication was timely and helpful. I love that you can easily access amenities, lock/unlock doors, and control your thermostat from an app on your phone. No more getting out of bed to bump the thermostat down when you're hot (haha)! Areas of growth would be the following: A gate to minimize through traffic would complement the 'luxury' apartment concept versus being open to public traffic. Given that children live in the area and the size of the complex, I agree that speed bumps would be a great asset to help prioritize the safety of residents. There's no designated pantry. While you could use the office space as a pantry area, there is no shelving in that room. Cabinet space is pretty generous but still, a pantry is pretty standard. Wire racks in the bathrooms detract from the attention to detail that was given to the rest of these lovely apartments. Open face shelving is common, but I would've loved to have seen some nice wood shelves there versus the pantry looking wire ones. Also, spiders... eek... there are lots of spiderwebs/spiders in the stairwells, though I didn't see any venomous ones thankfully. Still - they're creepy.

  Beautiful Community! The open-concept kitchen immediately caught my attention, and the apartment homes are incredibly spacious with thoughtful details throughout. The bathroom is absolutely stunning, and the overall design truly feels more like a custom home than an apartment. I also love that the community is tucked away from the busy road, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere while still being conveniently located. This is a wonderful place to call home!
