- CCchris cadeSep 9, 20265.0James Griggs has been amazing helping us with getting a trailer. He has gone above and beyond with working on getting our utilities on our land as well. He is such a nice guy and really great to work with.
- GEGENE HURD (HURD REAL ESTATE&COMPANY)Aug 18, 20265.0Outstanding group of people. I highly recommend that you go see Wes. He's a man with a plan and he will take care of all your needs.
- MJmarma jenningsAug 7, 20265.0Early this July, me and my husband decided it was time for us to try and look for our own place. We tried apartments but it wasn’t working out, so I came to clayton just to see our options. Within 24 hours of working with James Griggs we began the process, and 1 month later we are preparing to move into our new home. He made this process seamless and feel as easy as buying groceries. All my questions, concerns, and nerves were always put to rest after talking with him and their amazing team. I’m overjoyed that this has been my first home experience and we will be coming to clayton in the future if we ever want to upgrade or add on! thank you for all your help!
- MHmary hullettJun 11, 20265.0James was awesome. Very honest, answered all of our questions and showed us homes. We were so impressed with his knowledge. We came here to find this company and just so happened to ride past it and we are glad we did.
- RMRayeisha MackJun 10, 20265.0Me and my fiancée came and talked to James Griggs at Clayton Homes he is hands-down one of the best Home Consultants out there, he was knowledgeable, honest, and always had our best interest at heart. If you want someone who truly cares and gets results, this is the person to go to.” He even stayed 2 hours past closing time to talk with us and walk us through the whole process and show us all the different style homes that they have available. This most definitely was a 10 Star Experience! Go and see James Griggs if you’re looking for a home !!!!!
