  If your planning to move here .... don’t ! They charge you for unnecessary findings that are not there to begin with ! When you move out they take pictures of stuff you’ve used like the stove , even though they are clean !! & the sad part about it is even the A/C Filter they charge you for even though the office is supposed to be cleaning the filter .if there were 0 stars to give , I would !

  The office staff is super sweet and friendly ❤️. Ms.Lisa was extremely patient and made sure everything was perfect for my roomates and I on move in day 😌. We made no mistake choosing to Cypress Shores as our new home.

  Nice place to live, we just moved and love it, apartments with enough space, clean and quit.. my husband and I love it carliss is the best she provides very good costumer service every time that you need it

  I have lived in this dump for about a year and I can't wait to get out. Most of the reviews on here are spot on. As one reviewer stated: the raccoons have declared marshal law on this place, it is so bad that people will not go near the dumpster once the sun begins to set. Instead, they will either drive by in their car and throw the trash at the dumpster letting it land where ever it may or they will walk near the dumpster by the cars and toss (softball style) the bag of trash at the dumpster. What you end up with is a raccoon smorgasbord, aka a dumpster with trash all over the place that looks like some sort of atomic trash bomb went off (especially on Sundays). You just better hope you don't get an apartment near that thing (I feel real sorry for those people). And the food must be salty, because those same raccoons can be seen going to the pool and water fountain by the pool during the day and night and drinking the water (RIGHT OUT OF THE POOL! who knows what else they do in there).... although I must admit it's pretty funny watching a raccoon climb up a wall and window then sit on the water fountain and get a drink of water. I'm seriously surprised that this place hasn't given someone rabies by now. The office staff are nice to your face, but actions (or inactions to be more accurate) speak louder than their charades and pretenses. That's more than can be said of the maintenance staff, these people are just plain rude... it scares me to think that if you ever do get any actual repairs done to your apartment (after calling 4 times and going to the office twice to get a faulty electrical switch fixed, I ended up just putting duct tape over it as to not switch it on and praying that the apartment won't burn down) that these men will be in your personal space. And don't even get me started on the ants in this place.... I think I live on the insect version of I-95.... and do you think complaining about it gets you anywhere....nope....forget about it, just save my breath and get some ant traps. There's no gate on this place and the riffraff just waltz in at any time. Although, come to think of it, I think this is the place where the riffraff live! I have seen the cops here with their lights on more times than I can count. When I first moved in there were several break ins in the apartments around me, it got so bad at one point that the complex even sent out a letter about it. I have seen drug deals being performed in the parking lot at night and by the pool during the day.... this place is shady city. The rent is absolutely ridiculous for this place, the kitchen and bathroom look like they are from the 80s (although the place wasn't built until the 90s), the appliances are old, the countertops are salmon (must have been pink at one point) formica, and the washer and dryer are awful (surprised my clothes haven't been damaged yet). For the same money you can easily find yourself a better place. Don't take my word for it, come by and let Joe or Delilah give you their spill and take you on a tour of the showcase apartments; but make sure you come back at night and on the weekend to check this place out (make sure you don't have your windows down though cause the raccoons might go home with ya!). I've been told by people that have lived here, that I shouldn't try to clean or get my deposit back, that something always comes up that will eat up the deposit and that I will end up owing money. After living here a while, I believe it! On a postive note, your not far from the turnpike, so getting places is a snap. You will have a Coconut Creek Address, so at least your friends and co-workers will think you live in a nice place. If you have teenage kids the high school is an easy walk. And the beach in Pompano is just right down Atlantic. My final thought is that if you're in the market for a new apartment home.... pass this place on by. However, if you've always wanted to live in a trailer park, a zoo, or a drug den.... This is your new home for sure.
