  Lori was extremely professional and efficient every step of the way when buying our new property. She expertly handled unexpected situations to get us to closing. When selling our existing property we were under contract within the first 2 days. She knows the market and area and whether you are selling or buying she is the realtor for you. Highly recommend her and Coconut properties.

  We had such a wonderful experience working with Lori to find our home in Florida! From the beginning, her communication was excellent, and she made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. After spending an entire afternoon looking at homes and not quite finding “the one,” a new listing came on the market that evening that immediately caught our attention. Lori jumped right on it and was able to schedule a showing for the very next day, the first full day the home was on the market. We loved it, and she had our offer written and submitted that same day! Throughout the entire process, Lori was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Buying a home can be stressful, especially when you’re relocating from another state, with a child and pets, but she made everything go incredibly smoothly from our first day of searching all the way through closing.
