  Google Review I had a great experience working with PMI Property Management when I leased a townhouse in Horizon West. I originally signed a one-year lease, which included a two-month penalty if the lease was broken. Unfortunately, I had to make the very difficult decision to break my lease after my younger brother unexpectedly passed away. Because of everything my family was dealing with, I needed to remain on my side of town. What makes this even more meaningful is that I had to break the lease just one week before I was scheduled to move in, during the peak summer rental season. Despite the timing and the circumstances, PMI was incredibly understanding and compassionate. They worked with both me and the landlord to find a solution that worked for everyone. They are even providing me with a refund, which they absolutely did not have to do under the terms of the lease. During an extremely difficult time for my family, PMI went above and beyond to work with me and treated me with understanding and compassion rather than simply focusing on the contract. I truly appreciate the way they handled the situation and their willingness to work with me when I needed it most. I would highly recommend PMI Property Management to anyone looking for a property management company. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to work with people when unexpected life circumstances happen says a lot about the company and the people behind it.

  I highly recommend working with David from PMI Prime Homes if you’re looking for a reliable and professional property manager. I found him online, and he has exceeded all my expectations. He’s always quick to respond to calls and messages, stays on top of every issue, and gets things done efficiently. He found a great tenant for our rental property in Winter Garden much faster than I expected. It’s been a pleasure working with someone so knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy.   I’ve been using PMI Prime Home to manage my rental house in Clermont and couldn’t be happier. They take care of everything, finding and screening good tenants, collecting rent on time, and handling maintenance so I don’t have to.   Where do I start , the application process was great. The communication between myself and the agent was also great. The software used to ensure that everything was ready prepared as far as documentation was great and easy to use . I am beyond excited about my move to my new home.
