  My wife and I have been renting for last 2 years thru PMI Prime Home. We have the pleasure of working with the best team - Jackie, Laydia and David. Rental has been hassle free and they are always accessible whenever you need them, day or night, including weekends, especially Jackie. Did not have a single issue over the last two years. One time I needed a major service, they worked on the issue right away and they worked on it until the issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. They always treated me very respectfully and in very friendly manner. Renewal process has been a breeze. They listen to you and keep you informed. When I was moving to Florida two years ago, I dealt with several property management companies when looking for a rental property. Running into Jackie from PMI Prime Home was the best thing that happened to me. She was open, honest and flexible. She understood I came from New York and she patiently explained the differences in rental laws between NY and FL. So, I rented thru PMI Prime Home. I will recommend them any day of the week and twice on Sunday (borrowed from A Few Good Men!).
