  Big development of homes. They will be building for a long time. Area is a little isolated now but it looks like the area is up and coming.

  Today, one of our clients received a large home from PulteGroup and completed the initial walkthrough. They own a hotel chain and found dozens of details, being extremely demanding at a level that very few clients would require. Jasmine was the person who truly made all the difference, showing unique professionalism and total commitment to customer satisfaction. We were genuinely impressed by her willingness to help and her availability, which left us with an excellent impression and made us value PulteGroup even more, understanding that they are truly focused on providing a premium, high-excellence customer service experience. We hope Jasmine has a long career at PulteGroup so that we can always count on this level of service.

  Want to give a shout out to Rodrigo who worked tirelessly to get us the information we needed to make a decision about buying at Parkside Trails. You just don't get customer service like he provides anymore. He is quick to respond, patient and very transparent. Even though our house is completed, we feel we can go to him with questions. Thank you Rodrigo! Also want to give kudos to Shelby, our construction manager. She helped make our home construction as seamless as possible. She pays such attention to detail and really wanted us to be happy. Thank you for all your work Shelby!
