  The community is decent but the HOA Edison Association Management is absolutely terrible I placed stick into the ground solar lights in my yard which got a notice sent to me. So I filled out a CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION like they said and I was just asked to submit a site plan and other things see below: "Please submit a marked copy of the property survey showing the proposed location of each light fixture, the manufacturer specifications or product brochure for the proposed lights, including the dimensions, color/finish, and confirmation of whether they are solar-powered or low-voltage wired, the total number of fixtures to be installed, and a manufacturer's example or photograph showing the illuminated appearance of the lights after dark. Once the requested information has been received, we can proceed with the review of your application." Again these are stick into the ground solar lights from CostCo. Buyer beware the HOA is horrific. I'm not the only one having LOTS of issues with them and this isn't the first time in 6 months for me having problems with them either

  Big development of homes. They will be building for a long time. Area is a little isolated now but it looks like the area is up and coming.
