    We visited their office today and were told by the receptionist that they would not speak to us unless we provided them with our personal information first. Apparently it’s their policy. She wasn’t even nice about it. Just said she couldn’t help us and ignored us until we walked out. We could not believe how rude she was! We’ve visited 6 builders over the past 3 days, and this is the only one that demanded personal information. Needless to say, we won’t be buying from Pulte. It seems Beazer and David Weekley are building right next door, so we will go with one of them.

    New homes right after Southern Hills Farm on Schofield Rd. Amenities include a 20,000sq ft Club House with a gym, indoor pickleball courts, basketball court, bistro, wine and beer bar, resort style pool, movie lawn, kayaks on Lake Adain, walking trails, excellent location near Horizon West.
