  I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Grand Reserve was honestly exhausting and disappointing from start to finish. I applied for an apartment after being told certain fees and costs, only to later find out important fees were conveniently left out until after I had already paid the deposit and application costs. Working with Julissa was incredibly frustrating. Communication felt misleading, unprofessional, and at times manipulative. I felt pressured and hassled throughout the process instead of helped. The biggest issue was them keeping my “refundable” $100 deposit after I decided not to move forward because the actual costs were not what I was originally told. Apparently being “approved” meant they could forfeit the deposit, despite the information I was initially given being incomplete and misleading. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and like they were trying to trick applicants into committing before having the full picture financially. I would strongly recommend getting EVERYTHING in writing and asking for a complete breakdown of every fee upfront before applying here.

  I’ve had such a great experience living here. I just resigned my lease for another year. The apartment community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the amenities are amazing. What really stands out the most is how much the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Tammie has been absolutely incredible, always extremely responsive and helpful whenever anything comes up. It’s rare to find management that truly goes above and beyond, and she definitely does. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home. :)

  What a beautiful community. Every time I come over to visit my grandparents, we always go out for a walk around the community and seem to always find something that impresses us even more. It is very peaceful here, truly. Beautiful grounds and the cutest ducks just roaming around. I will continue to recommend friends & families looking for a new home. Thank you, Tammie, for being a gem, your efforts in making everyone feel welcomed and seen does not go unnoticed. My grandparents adore you!

  Loving our new home so far! Tammie, was a huge help during the application process. The entire staff do an amazing job with making sure their residents' needs are being met. We love that the grounds are very well kept and the amenities are always nice and clean. My wife and I are enjoying our new community and we are very appreciative for you all making it feel homey and cozy! Thank you.
