  Stay away from this apartment community!！ My experience here, particularly with Assistant Property Manager Ashley Sears, has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have ever had. Throughout my residency, I repeatedly encountered poor communication and dismissive handling of my concerns. Rather than receiving support, I often felt that my concerns were unnecessarily complicated or simply ignored. Watching Ashley shake her head with such a self-righteous attitude, as if she knows everything, genuinely makes me wonder where she learned her professional manners. Having met people from all walks of life, I can honestly say she is one of the nastiest people I have ever encountered. Professional property management requires accountability, respect, and a genuine willingness to help residents. Unfortunately, those qualities were consistently missing from my experience. I hope corporate management takes residents’ feedback seriously and holds its staff to the professional standards their positions demand！

  La mejor experiencia de todos los lugares en los que me he rentado hasta hoy. Me encanta vivir aquí, es tranquilo, seguro, los apartamentos grandes, bien cuidados y las personas de mantenimiento son amables y siempre resuelven todo súper rápido y con buenos resultados. Ojalá que todo se mantenga como hasta hoy, o si cambia sea siempre para mejor. Así me quedaré por mucho tiempo 😊 Gracias !!

  Do yourself a favor and do not move here. Management will nickel and dime you upon move out. The pool is never truly clean, The gym is not 24/7, Lacks common amenities. There are way better options for the price.

  We have lived here 8 years and although we had problems with roaches,we got professional advice from an experienced exterminator and got them under control on our own, have had no other issues until lately with the new maintenance crew. We haven't had any lighting in our breezeway for almost 2 months even though there have been several work orders issued. With longer darkness it is a safety hazard as I have a handicapped person in the apartment. The old maintenance crew were always right there to fix any problem. Hope it gets better as we enjoy living here.
