  Do yourself a favor and do not move here. Management will nickel and dime you upon move out. The pool is never truly clean, The gym is not 24/7, Lacks common amenities. There are way better options for the price.

  In 2021 when I first moved in, I had a great experience. Over the years the quality of this complex has greatly decreased. I had 2 instances where I had to call the cops because of an attempted break in and another because of suspicious activity. I informed the complex about the activity and they did not want any communication via email about the situation and instead just called me and told me to let the police handle it and they couldn’t do anything. Due to these events, I had to purchase a ring camera to feel safer in my home. With having the ring, I became more conscious of other incidents where there are frequent car theft incidents. During my time at the complex the quality of cleanliness and the maintenance decreased as well. The individuals that work at the front office are rude and not helpful. The only two employees I enjoyed working with at the office were Helen the old property manager and George who was the old maintenance manager. I was a great tenant and even filled in the holes in the wall from hanging pictures when I left which I got charged for anyways. After move out the complex charged me for a cleaning fee and painting. Stuff that is standard for apartments to do after a tenant of 3 years moves out but I still had to pay for it. Additionally I was penalized for moving out early and they charged me fees for discontinuing electricity even though I was no longer living there. Mainstreet Apartments is dangerous and I would not recommended anyone sign a lease here. Specifically if you a woman living on your own or you have children, you will not feel safe and protected.

  If I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. No wonder they offer you a free month cause they know they will get it back when you want to break your lease to get out. Its termite infested and they come and patch one wall up just for the termites to run to another wall. God knows how long they have been there. The building could crumble at any minute. So instead of just letting me pay my 2 months to break my lease they would rather me get an attorney and make a big fuss. So here we are. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t care about anyone’s health or safety, just their money.

  My husband and I lived here for over 5 years. There were quite a lot of issues over those years from gallons of water raining into our bedroom to the gate codes never really working but for the most part, it was okay living here. It could’ve been worse and it could’ve been way better. It was in a great location as far as close to everything like the beach, however some surrounding areas were pretty rough with crime.

  Kelly the assistant manager will be so sweet to you until that lease is signed, after my lease was signed she was the RUDEST, UNPROFESSIONAL leasing manager I have ever dealt with. Pool stayed dirty the whole summer, never enough parking spaces. Stairs unsafe. I would recommend not to move here.
