  The best experience I’ve had since living in the United States! Grisel Borrero is absolutely amazing — kind, professional, patient, and truly goes above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. She made everything so easy and pleasant, and I felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend Grisel and would give more than 5 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Even before I moved in I gave them 5 stars. The staff here, especially Grisel and Frank, have truly been extremely responsive, professional and courteous each time I have had any interaction. They have been great in helping me get my new place moving from across the country. When I arrived I got a terrific welcome in getting me set up for everything- thank you! So glad to have chosen Gateway North for my place to call home. Cannot wait to explore all of the amenities offered here. The staff has truly made it an exceptional experience.

  There is something SERIOUSLY wrong with the utility charges in this place, I am one person and i have never been anywhere where i am consistently paying $100-120 a month for my water bill in an apartment. And don’t get me started on a Government fee on my bill every month… You can move to the apartment complex across the street and you will only pay $30 for water usage no matter what. Appliances are outdated and non-efficient. Electric bill also creeping close to the $200 mark every month…. So whatever listed price they have for you, pad that with an extra $300 The apartment space is good, community is ok, but with the nasty water bill situation, and the price for rent, this is severely disappointing and I’ll be heading out when my lease is up. And what is it with apartment complexes having a dog park but no children area to play?? I mostly see kids having to run around and play in the parking lot… i guess dogs are far more important in society….
