  Good luck getting in touch with management or maintenance. Edit to add: It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone or get something done unless you walk into the office in person. I'm sure they're fine people but it feels negligent when I'm reaching out multiple times about the same issue with no responses whatsoever. I guess all apartments are dismissive and shirk responsibilities to their tenants; in my experience, this one is no different. Obviously my opinion has been tainted by multiple negative experiences.

  I am a former resident who moved out of the community in 2020 and after six years I have came back. I have had nothing but a great experience living here and the apartment is fully renovated and has a lake view 😊😊. Annlyn the assistant community manager is beyond friendly. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help out anyone no matter what the situation is. She displays superb hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Moving back here has been the best decision I have made and I’m so thankful for her. The entire staff is amazing and anytime I place a request for maintenance the staff is at my door with 24 hours, talk about amazing service and courteous as well. Anyone looking for a new home come on out and let Annlyn and the staff show you why Four Lakes is the best place to live.

  Four Lakes is okay. I've been here for a few years now. Fortunately I did not have to deal with mold, but have always had to fight bugs, but I keep my apartment clean so it's not really that much of an issue (it's Florida). The most concerning thing to me is that the back pool and clubhouse have never been open for use, nor have either of the tennis courts. I have never been able to use them in 3 years! I just feel like if we are paying for all the amenities we should have access to them... !! The other concerning thing is that if you have to call maintenance, they will just do like a patch job and do the least amount of work possible, never really fixing the problem and you will have to call them over and over. I guess that is apartment living though! Overall it's been a good location and the neighbors are all nice, hard- working people. I do like the gym and the landscaping is nice, too. Probably won't renew lease though, sorry!
