I have lived here for several months. For most of those months, I have reported that the ceiling is falling. They send their "lead technician" to look at it.
To be clear, I assess mold, structural, and interior deficiencies for a living. Their "lead technician" looked at it and said 'yeah, we'll fix it.'
It has been 48 hours since I brought him into my home. It has also been 4 weeks since I originally reported this.
Today, I came home, and the entry gate to the community is not working. I was told to utilize the exit gate instead. When I questioned who may be responsible if my car is rammed by someone on the exit side, or who is coming to fix the entry, I was dismissed.
Run away. Not with the price.

I’ve never experienced such poor communication from a leasing office, and unfortunately this isn’t the first issue I’ve had here or the first time my concerns have been met with a lack of urgency.
I’ve been trying for over a week to schedule my required move-out inspection. I called around 1:00 PM, was promised a callback, and never received one. I had to call multiple times the next day just to get an answer.
I clearly explained that Thursday is my only day off and that maintenance cannot enter without me because I have an unpredictable dog. I was told someone would come, waited over eight hours, and no one showed up or called. Then my inspection was scheduled for a day I had already said I couldn’t be there.
Even after speaking with the Community Manager, Sheri, I felt like my concerns were brushed off. For a process the office requires, I’ve had to chase down staff every step of the way. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern for residents has been extremely disappointing.
Pt2: I hoped my concerns would finally be taken seriously after reaching out directly, but instead they were dismissed and then ignored altogether. The screenshots I’ve included show that Assistant Manager Sherry repeatedly minimized my concerns instead of addressing them. When I asked for a way to contact upper management after feeling dismissed, my emails were simply ignored.
This wasn’t an isolated incident—it’s been a consistent pattern throughout my time living here. Residents shouldn’t have to repeatedly follow up, rearrange their schedules, and be ignored just to complete required move-out procedures.
Communication, professionalism, and accountability have been severely lacking. I hope management takes these concerns seriously so future residents don’t have the same experience I did.
I couldn't ask for a better location in the heart of Clearwater. The apartments are renovated and spacious with beautiful views. There are so many amenities here at Four Lakes to enjoy such as the lake with a fountain, 2 pools, 24 hour gym, volleyball courts, and a huge dog park.
I have to give a shout out to the ladies in the office who are extremely approachable, pleasant, and available. They keep our community running smoothly and make it feel like home .
On day one, we were given the dirtiest apartment I have ever seen. The floors were black with dirt. My husband had to mop them three times, and the water was still black. It looked like the apartment had been used as a mechanic's shop before we moved in.
The refrigerator was full of hair—absolutely disgusting! It was never replaced until it completely broke. When they finally gave us another one, it was also old and broken. As a result, my food spoiled, and I had to spend a lot of money eating out.
The kitchen was infested with roaches crawling everywhere. I immediately called the property manager, and she told me they could not move us because this apartment was "cheap" and they didn't have another one available at the same price.
Unbelievable! I spent over $3,000 to move into this place, only to be treated like this.
Pest control came several times and sprayed some "PETA-approved" product that never worked. The technician was rude and unprofessional.
The roach problem still exists, and I have to pay out of my own pocket for roach poison, even though I pay the apartment complex a monthly pest control fee.
The speed bumps are too high, the roads are full of potholes, and our car was damaged because of them. Management told us they didn't care.
The water is frequently shut off without any advance notice, and when you call the office, the staff responds rudely.
The apartment management does not care about its residents. We are also forced to pay for the property's electricity and valet trash service, even though the valet trash worker sometimes doesn't show up, leaving us to take the trash out ourselves.
On top of that, there is constant noise from the highway, neighbors yelling late at night, and lawn crews every Thursday working right outside the apartment windows.
Careless management, a severe roach infestation, poor maintenance, and high rent.
**Worst apartment ever! Save yourself and DO NOT MOVE HERE!**

Moved here a month ago. Nice enough place, but they should tell everyone that only half the amenities are actually available. There are no tennis courts available, one pool, one club house. It shouldn't take 3 weeks to change a pool pump.
