- No parking for residents (more and more visitor vehicles parked in residence spots)
- trash and litter everywhere ( residences too lazy to take the trash to the trash compactor)
- broken appliances (laundry washer flooded the kitchen and immediately informed management, I was told it was not deemed an emergency service request)
- pet owners do not clean up after their pets (don’t own pets if you will not take care of them)
- random service fees added to rent with no explanation from management.

The leasing agent was friendly, thorough in goods explanation of the apartment and answered all our questions, in a professional manner. We’re looking forward to moving in the direction of applying for an apartment soon.

I’ve lived here for a little over a week now, and so far the experience has been wonderful. The staff have been absolutely amazing. The property manager, Waleska, has stepped up seamlessly while the property manager is on maternity leave, and she has been incredibly pleasant, professional, and helpful with every question that’s come up.
Keith, the maintenance manager, is also fantastic, easygoing, and clearly dedicated to what he does. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares and works hard to support residents.
The community itself is very clean, well-kept, and truly a great place to live. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and appreciate all the effort the team puts in every day.
