  Trevor has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our home-buying process. He has been professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and explain each step clearly. His communication has been excellent, keeping us informed and updated throughout the entire process. Trevor genuinely cares about his clients and works hard to make what can be a stressful experience feel much smoother and more manageable.   Worst financial mistake I’ve ever made. Everything went nice and easy, but Clayton Homes isn’t about details or the fine touches. The home had water damage and a roof leak or two right away. They tried to fix 4-5 times but still leaked. They sent a roofer out and they replaced some of the roof since it wasn’t done properly before. Didn’t have rain for a very long time but it just started raining and we still have leaks. Now, even though they’ve been out 4-5 times for same issue, our 1-yr warranty is out. So, we have a new home, that doesn’t even appraise for what we have in it with inside water damage, a leaking roof, and major water damage in the attic. They tried to tell me, even though there was major water coming into attic and home for months while they tried to fix it, that there was NO water damage or mold in the attic. Our new home needs a new roof and attic repair and mold remediation...like I said, worst financial mistake!!

  Have to give a huge shout out to Jordan Wagner! He was an alstar through the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of!! Before we moved into our beautiful home we living about 4 hours away and Jordan took time out of his busy day take extra pictures and make sure the property was top notch. He also was the point man when dealing with all the hoops the electric company was making us jump through. Jordan truly had our best interest at heart and we are so grateful that we were able to work with him on this adventure!!

  Clayton Homes did a wonderful job start to finish. We had used other mobile/manufactured home companies in the area previously and it was a night/day difference between them and Clayton. Taylor is the star of the show and takes pride in her work along with being one of the most helpful individuals she could possibly be, if you have her helping know everything will be completed promptly and correctly. We will be using Clayton Homes again in the future without doubt. They are professional, communicative and very easy to work with
