  Today, I want to write about Rebecca in the service department . I contacted Rebecca about an unfortunate incident we had With a renter and Rebecca came to my rescue. Thankfully, she had some additional stock that I was looking for to make a couple of repairs to our existing house . After talking with her for about 15 minutes, she referred me to an amazing handyman who is going to help fix and repair some of the items in our house. A lot of glory goes to the sales team and the process of getting there but the backbone of any organization is their service crew. I will say Rebecca is top-notch and is always looking to assist the homebuyer after the sale is complete. Clayton Homes is lucky to have someone who watches out for their customers once the deal is done . Thank you so much to Rebecca and hearing my plea for help in a not so great situation and making it all turn out better than i had expected !!!

  I worked with Jordan Wagner. He was was very helpful and courteous. Answered all my questions. He's the type of person that goes out of his was to help you out.

  the people that I worked with was very professional. I was kept up to date every step of the way. The people were also very friendly. I was forced to live in Wisconsin during the process of building my house. Jordan Wagner was my eyes for me. Jordan helped me with many decisions. Jordan kept me up to date every step of the way. I would not have done this without his help. I would like to shout out to Taylor's updates every Friday and more. Jordan and Taylor's made it seem I was right there with them.

  Worst financial mistake I’ve ever made. Everything went nice and easy, but Clayton Homes isn’t about details or the fine touches. The home had water damage and a roof leak or two right away. They tried to fix 4-5 times but still leaked. They sent a roofer out and they replaced some of the roof since it wasn’t done properly before. Didn’t have rain for a very long time but it just started raining and we still have leaks. Now, even though they’ve been out 4-5 times for same issue, our 1-yr warranty is out. So, we have a new home, that doesn’t even appraise for what we have in it with inside water damage, a leaking roof, and major water damage in the attic. They tried to tell me, even though there was major water coming into attic and home for months while they tried to fix it, that there was NO water damage or mold in the attic. Our new home needs a new roof and attic repair and mold remediation...like I said, worst financial mistake!!
