  I have known Nancy for several years, and one thing that has always stood out about her is how kind, honest, and genuine she is. Those qualities are exactly what made our experience with Clayton Homes of Chiefland such a positive one. Throughout the entire process, Nancy was incredibly helpful, responsive, and dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of. She took the time to answer our questions, guide us through each step, and make us feel comfortable with every decision along the way. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence that we were in good hands. What makes Nancy so special is that she truly cares about the people she works with.   Have to give a huge shout out to Jordan Wagner! He was an alstar through the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of!! Before we moved into our beautiful home we living about 4 hours away and Jordan took time out of his busy day take extra pictures and make sure the property was top notch. He also was the point man when dealing with all the hoops the electric company was making us jump through. Jordan truly had our best interest at heart and we are so grateful that we were able to work with him on this adventure!!

  Clayton Homes did a wonderful job start to finish. We had used other mobile/manufactured home companies in the area previously and it was a night/day difference between them and Clayton. Taylor is the star of the show and takes pride in her work along with being one of the most helpful individuals she could possibly be, if you have her helping know everything will be completed promptly and correctly. We will be using Clayton Homes again in the future without doubt. They are professional, communicative and very easy to work with

  We had an excellent experience working with Jordan during our home search. Even though we ultimately didn’t purchase a home, he was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He never made us feel pressured and was always willing to answer questions and guide us every step of the way.   I had an exceptional experience working with my sales representative, Trevor. From day one, he helped guide me through the entire process. As a first-time solo homebuyer, it meant a lot to have someone who was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Trevor took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood each stage of the process, which made everything feel much less overwhelming. Throughout the construction of the house, Trevor consistently kept me informed, provided regular updates and was always available when I needed clarification on something. His communication and attention to detail really stood out, and it made me confident that everything was moving along as it should. Overall, Trevor made what could have been a stressful experience smoother than expected.
