  I have only been living here for 2 months and the experience has been daunting to say the least. while the office staff is kind and professional the property lacks quality in the build. With paper thin walls, inconsiderate neighbors upstairs , lack of enforcement of quiet hours and rules, in addition to nearly $200 of monthly fees ON TOP rent. As I am writing this review it is 12:45am as my upstairs neighbor stomps, bangs and drops things above me like they do every single night from exactly 10pm-1am. Besides that, the actual apartment is poorly put together; with endless imperfections from crooked drawers, jammed closets, cheap fixtures and rushed finishes. I am so disappointed with my experience as I was truly excited to move to this area and expected way better quality. I feel cheated for what I am paying. When you include all the fees for water, sewer, valet trash, etc. I am certain I could have found a better community to move into and I am already aware that I will not be renewing my lease here. I do want stress that the office staff is very nice, but after several complaints about the noise upstairs, it still persists. I do not feel I should have to be further inconvenienced by moving units and running the risk of having a worse unit or neighbors. This move has not been as pleasant as I hoped and I this is my honest review.

  Went there twice to look at apartments. The first time was a Monday about 2:15pm and was met with a sign on the door” Be back in 15 minutes.” After waiting 30 minutes we left The second time, we arrived at 2:25pm and was greeted by the cleaning staff who let us know that someone was in the back office. After a few minutes, I called “Hello?” and a tall blonde blonde woman came out and said that her assistant manager called out that day and she had a corporate meeting in two minutes. We explained that this was the second time we were here and we drove from Clearwater but she said that she could not make time for us. BTW-before all this we tried scheduling an appointment online but that’s a whole other fiasco. We ended up renting at another community that had time to speak with us.

  The Legends is a beautiful private complex of apartments with control access. It's very close to I4 and it's conveniently located in a central area with easy access to everything.
