  Huge shoutout to Thomas, He goes above and beyond to keep our community looking spotless and running smoothly. Thomas is always so friendly, attentive, and quick to help whenever something comes up. It makes a massive difference having someone who genuinely cares about the property and the residents living here. Thank you, Thomas, for all your hard work!

  victor is top tier maintenance. he gets the work done efficiently and very informative about how to properly take care of things inside the apartment.

  Overpriced and there’s two hours of yard work noise every Saturday morning. They raise the rent when it’s time to renew and charge for every minor service. Overall a decent place to live though.

  I moved in a few months ago, it’s been great living here so far. Amazing gym and pools, the units are great. The team here is amazing as well, Maria is always very helpful

  During my year + living, everything was fantastic. Leasing agents were very nice, communicative and attentive. Amenities here and community was wonderful. Maintenance was always very quick in responsiveness and efficient in taking care of what needed to be done. Highly recommended especially with quality pricing in Orlando area.
