I got locked out of my apartment returning home from a very long flight. It’s 9:30pm and the maintenance man called me back to say is it a $150 charge for them to open the door and let me in to my apartment.

When you call for an emergency 🚨 and maintenance (although they were not the ones on call) showed up literally 15 minutes later. Now that’s “A TRUE WORK FAMILY “ never keep the customer waiting so they truly work as an TEAM… (no I in TEAM) and that why 7 years later, I am still here. ❤️🥳. Thank you all again for all you do for me and my family. Imagine how much money I would have had to shell out if I owned my own home tonight 🫨🤦🏻‍♀️😩

I have visited several Apartment Homes and I have worked at a few Apartment Homes and I have to say The Shores at Lake Howell is one of my favorite places to visit and in the future to make as a new home. The office staff and maintenance are the best, they always make you feel welcome and they take pride in their work and don't forget the amenities, 2 pools, state of the art fitness center and a beautiful Club Room to host an event. If you are the neighborhood defiantly stop in for a tour.

Definitely need a new front office team. The staff is incredibly rude. I had a bad experience with the maintenance man Omar, he gets very aggressive.

The front office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The maintenance man, Oscar, also seems to think that being aggressive is the way to handle situations. Overall, this has been an awful experience, and I would not recommend this place.
