  So it’s official I just got my first apartment all with the help from Kimberly and I just want to say thank you so much to Kimberly. She was very helpful and helped me every step through it and made the process very easy and told me everything I needed to know. She is truly the best and im very pleased with my apartment so I just wanna say again thank you so much to Kimberly. Definitely recommend!!!

  I put myself in a bit of a time crunch with my move, and Kimberly was incredibly helpful in getting everything handled so I could get moved in and settled very quickly. The neighborhood seems quiet, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Parking is never a problem. Small annoyances would probably be the lack of technology as far as smart locks for home and amenities, smart thermostats, etc. I haven’t used a metal key in probably 10+ years. Some people don’t like tech so that may be a plus to some. Washing machine was not working when I moved in, but maintenance took care of it quickly. Overall, my experience has been positive, especially considering how quickly everything came together.

  Byron the maintenance supervisor has amazing customer service skill, just watching him talk with residents and listen to them and explain what's happening and how they are going to remedy it for them he's an A+ tech and supervisor

  Just moved in to our first apartment here a few days ago and we absolutely love it! The move in process was easy and fast thanks Kimberly who was extremely helpful along the way. She answered all of our questions and communicated super well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Kimberly and the rest of the team!!
