  Just moved in to our first apartment here a few days ago and we absolutely love it! The move in process was easy and fast thanks Kimberly who was extremely helpful along the way. She answered all of our questions and communicated super well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Kimberly and the rest of the team!!

  Kimberly is amazing she literally saved me from a living situation where I had contaminated well water for 6 months. She was such a pleasure to work with and very kind through the whole application process. Thank you so much! 😁

  The Palms at Casselbery is top notch! The leasing office is amazing even though I couldn't get into the place in time I still wanted to leave a wonderful review because they took the time to give me a great tour and amenities where 5 star! And the apartment are fabulous! thanks for everything but I found something else....

  Had the best help from Udelka in the from office with getting moved in quickly and the unit was to be expected for the area and pricing. I’ve had maitnence help when requested within 48hrs. The move in process was easy and I was provided a virtual preview since I was moving in quickly they were having the unit cleaned. It’s not the fanciest place and is older but I’ve seen older properties in worse condition with terrible response time so I am happy and grateful. Only complaint was walls are thin in case of loud neighbors.
