  I want to take this moment to thank the maintenance staff and their supervisor Rafel for all the hard work they have done around the property. I must tell you I'm impressed with their work. I have been living at this property for about 5 years, and the previous supervisors didn't have as much success as Rafel has. That being said, I will encourage them to continue working as hard as they are because hard work pays off with great rewards. Thank you, guys. Also, I want to personally thank Wilma, I have always said to everyone who asks me about her and what defines her,is her heart of gold. Wilma, since day one she has always been for us, she has been a blessing for us all in this apartment community and all the new team at the office Way to Go Wetsbury keep it up.

  Just moved in and I have been having a very smooth move-in process. Huge shoutout to Landon who helped me find the perfect fit for my budget and explained every step of the way. It can be nerve wracking moving into a new area and he was amazing making sure I was able to move in without an issue. Also shoutout to Wilma who was so very kind and knowledgeable during my move-in day.

  Wilma and Landon are fantastic, they were patient and very helpful in the process of me moving to my new home.. The office is very clean and presentable. The staff are very friendly and professional. My apartment is beautiful as shown of pics love everything about it..

  Westbury has been a calm and pleasant place to live overall. The community is well-maintained with good cleanliness and organized parking, making day-to-day living comfortable. The amenities are thoughtfully designed, especially the kids’ play area with slides, library for children, and spaces for small family functions, which add real value for families. Maintenance service is responsive and reliable—Amauris, in particular, stands out for his professionalism and quality work. Overall, a peaceful and family-friendly community worth considering for future residents.

  Five stars for the team at Westbury at Lake Brandon Apartments! Delila (Area Manager) made the initial coordination and support effortless, and Charline Rivera (Property Manager) was a total pro at managing the onsite logistics for our sealcoating and paving work. It’s obvious that this team takes immense pride in their community. They are clearly committed to providing a premier living environment for their residents. We look forward to the next project with them!
