  I was moving from New York to Florida and had to find an apartment remotely, which could have been stressful—but Sarah made the entire process incredibly smooth. She was helpful, responsive, and truly accommodating every step of the way. I’ve really enjoyed my time here over the past year. It was a fresh start for me, and this apartment played a big part in helping me settle in and get to know Florida. Sarah, thank you so much for such a great experience—you’re amazing!

  Living in "The edge at Brandon" has been such a wonderful experience! From the front office, the maintance, to the units everything is amazing! The front office staff is absolutely amazing especially Ms. Sarah she is a sweetheart and explains everything to the bone! If you have any questions or concerns she's the person to go to!
