  I want to share my experience with this property management company. They are very easy to work with they have great properties… And are very accommodating to the needs of the properties that you are renting. Penny gets an extra special shout out because she is amazing. She answers her phone. She is very helpful and very easy to talk to thank you so much Penny for everything!!!

  As a tenant for six years, PMI Arrico was absolutely fantastic to work with. I mostly worked with Penny, and throughout that time her communication was always timely and professional. She made sure that all of my concerns were addressed, all maintenance requests were filled, she facilitated correspondence between myself and the landlord, and even worked after hours during emergencies. PMI connected me with an equally qualified and reasonable landlord who also played a large part in my experience. I would like to thank Penny for advocating for me during a few stressful situations, and the entire PMI team for making my time as a tenant so enjoyable. Thank you!!

  Adriana was wonderful to work with throughout my rental process. She was always responsive, helpful, and made everything so much easier than I expected. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, keep me updated, and help me navigate each step. What I appreciated most was her positive attitude and genuine kindness.
