  If you like having ants in your car and big ass cockroaches in your car and in your apartment this is the place for you !!!!!!!! I put the request in for pest control they never come to the point where i just stop requesting it !!!! I know people don’t like the german roaches that are everywhere but these cockroaches so big it’s like mutants it’s intimidating and frustrating ! i’m a pretty clean person I keep my car clean nd my apartment !!!! This apartment is beautiful but I hate living like this it’s makes you angry ! 😡

  AC problems... not ever good. Made service request and within 24 hours the outside unit was replaced. Thanks Victor and his team Now I need a sweater

  I still live here and it is very hard to get someone from the front office on phone. My working hours make me miss the office open hours so the only way is call. I have had 2 pest controls done in the last month and at an average I am still seeing 2 cockroaches a day. I want this addressed as soon as possible.

  Maria was a breath of fresh air the moment we walked into the leasing office! She was very helpful while helping my family and I find an apartment and the customer service was phenomenal.

  Update... i thought I could give multiple reviews on different agents but I guess I can't , so I have to include my boy Jeff . I was told good things about Jeff before I even came to this property so I searched him out!! Jeff took us around the whole property and showed us the apartment, help us with our application process, made us feel like family, kept us updated on the process by contacting us, and reminded us of what we needed to do and what he was going to do for us seeing that we were transferring from another property that is owned by the same company. Maria was so awesome at making us feel at home on move in day, had our keys, and everything we needed incldg a gift 🥰 .They both helped us get settled in our new place and answered all our questions. They were very welcoming, informative, down to earth, great, and Jeff was very convincing at showing us around. He took his time and walked us through the process. Unfortunately, its very rare to find ppl who are patient, courteous, professional, and kind. And since we've been here, they haven't changed a bit. The whole team are still the same which makes us love it here even more. I love how they go out of their way to plan events for the residents every month as well. 🍨🎶🎛🥳🥳🎊🎉🍦Thank u for all you have done and do! The whole team is awesome! Cheers to u all!!
