  Waited weeks for a work order to be done, Sometimes even a month. A lot of maintenance needed to be done before I moved in the apartment I was in, I had to reclean. Left the apartments with a work order that was never completed. Had to do it myself.

  I had an appointment to tour this morning at 10:05am, which I confirmed the morning of. I arrived on time and the office was closed. I called, no answer. I emailed several times, no reply. I waited 30 mins and no one showed up. More than 10 residents showed up to the office with no help. I spoke with a few to get their thoughts; none were surprised the office was closed during hours of operation. It’s 11:32am and no one has emailed me back or called back. Happy this happened, looking at reviews, this place is ran by poor management. Do better.

  Cypress Trace is an excellent community. The staff is fantastic and friendly – they always go above and beyond to help me. You will enjoy working with the leasing staff – I had Ms. Monica, and I love her! I am happy here – my neighbors are nice, I love my apartment, and I will be a long-term resident.
