    Within my first 30 days living here, I have had an extremely disappointing experience with both the leasing office and maintenance team. The leasing agent, Gregory, has been rude and unprofessional attitude and often comes across as condescending when speaking to residents. Instead of taking accountability for mistakes, the office staff tend to cover for one another and give residents the runaround unless you constantly stay on top of them. Every issue somehow becomes “corporate’s fault,” yet there is never anyone available for residents to actually speak with directly. I already had to personally go into the leasing office every single day for a week straight to correct a major error where my rent amount was posted over $450 higher than it should have been. I wanted it corrected immediately to avoid any future problems caused by their mistake, yes they eventually fix it after you done had to get offa 15 hour over night shift and have to come to the office soon as you get office EVERYDAY because they not gone pick up that phone and by then you done cryed, died and laid to side for THIER ERRORS and miss communication/language barriers problems mind you. Maintenance has also been frustrating to deal with due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. My dryer was removed with promises that it would be repaired and returned within a couple of days, but no one showed up, communicated updates, or followed through as promised. As a result, my child’s and my clothes were left sitting in the washer and became sour and was left to have to go spend more money buying my child underwear and underclothes to have her on clean clothes. In addition to that, I have dealt with roaches and gnats throughout my apartment, which has made the living situation even more stressful. As a single parent trying to get back on my feet and create a fresh start for my child, this transition has already been difficult enough. Unfortunately, instead of feeling comfortable and supported in my new home, I have experienced constant stress, inconvenience, poor communication, and unresolved issues from the very beginning. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far and regret choosing to move here and would not recommend 0/10.

    I worked with Gregory and he heard what I wanted and he delivered he explained everything very well and offered his assistance anytime I needed help. Me and my kids are all moved in and comfy in our new home. So far so good 😊

    I’ve only been living here for 5 months, and ELIZABETH was very kind and professional throughout the entire process of getting our apartment. Recently, we had an issue with the refrigerator, and JULIO was very helpful in fixing it quickly and responding promptly to other maintenance needs in the apartment. We are very happy with our apartment and grateful for the great service.

    Had a terrible experience I move 5 years ago and the administration was good like 3 years ago they change they stole money from me then the lady supervisor put and error in the rent and then she had the audacity to charge me late fee another thing went some one move in they just paint to cover the fungus I have pictures of everything that hat mold and ama clean person event the thing for the air conditioner I told them that had mold and they just paint it with black paint they event paint the cabinets front the kitchen and the bathroom and went you clean the paint comes off event the sink was rusty and instead of changing it they painted to cover it and I have proof from everything and they doing this to people of age to because I spoke to few and they want to move because they irresponsable if I could show the picture here I will
