  Vida is a great community! My leasing agent Daniella was so knowledgeable and prompt with communication. The move in process was very fast and efficient. Great pool and amenities, highly recommend!

  I’ve had a great experience with this community so far! From the very beginning, the process was smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Veronica, who helped me throughout the leasing and moving process. She was incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and always willing to answer my questions and make everything easier for me. I’m very happy with my new apartment and truly enjoying my new home and the community. I really appreciate Veronica’s excellent customer service and all of her help. Highly recommend!

  I’ve really enjoyed living here. The staff are always friendly, and the turnaround time on service requests has been consistently quick, whether the issue is big or small. The community has a really nice feel to it. Residents are friendly and seem to genuinely care about where they live. People are respectful of the property, and even little things like residents being good about picking up after their dogs reflect that. I recently spoke with the property manager, and she mentioned that she’s continually looking for ways to improve the community, which I really respect. The grounds are beautiful and thoughtfully landscaped with palm trees throughout. One of my favorite unexpected perks has been the sunrises and sunsets—I’ve taken some amazing photos just walking around the community. There’s a walking path around the pond, and the property is well lit and feels very safe for walks early in the morning or later at night. The amenities are great too. The gym is open 24/7, and the resort-style heated saltwater pool has plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabanas. There are also two dog parks and a dog spa. The location is incredibly convenient—between SR 70 and SR 64, close to I-75, shopping and restaurants, and within a reasonable drive of beaches from the St. Pete area down toward Venice. No apartment community is perfect, but what matters to me is how well it’s cared for, how responsive management is, and whether it feels good to live there. So far, I’ve been very happy with all three.

  Unfortunately, there was a management change and the new management that works there is extremely disorganized and rude. I had a very high bill one month with no explanation or receipt as to why, when I called to ask for some clarification I was transferred to Veronica (assistant manager). Veronica was quiet rude and dismissive. She spoke to me as if I was child who was working for her, it was one of the rudest interactions I have ever faced in my life. I work in healthcare and deal with patients all day. I was very nice and calm when I spoke to her however, her demeanor was straight up rude, especially for a mistake that was not made by me. I have spoken with other Vida residents who have had similar interactions with the management staff at Vida. Some instances I have encountered disorganization include: mistakes on bills, saying they will call you back and never do, maintenance issues never being resolved. This is something I would heavily take into consideration before moving in, management staff is a huge part of your living experience.
