  If I could give less than this I would. Lack of communication with staff, late on appointments, poor attitude. The community is beautiful however if you have terrible staff and management it out shines the amenities.

  I attempted to apply to this property before the needed time to renew my current lease. My girlfriend and I fell in love with the apartment unfortunately when it came to our application they ran us through the wringer. They had multiple staff contact me and both were on completely different pages and it made them lose the deal as they were not prompt and eager to have us as tenants. The only good experience was the manager who was able to help with a hiccup in the application process and when I attempted to ask to work with the manager directly the front staff gatekeeped me from being able to even have a conversation with said manager. I currently pay $2,000 for my current lease which I had to renew because of there carelessness and the idea was to move to a 1 bedroom because the current lease I have is too much space. Vida was looking to be about $1,550 meaning they loss an easy opportunity to have tenants that can afford the apartment and more. Vida is losing $18,650+ by careless front staff and now my current renewed apartment gets to make $23,688. A huge blunder on Vida’s end

  Big shoutout to Daniella and everyone at Vida Lakewood Ranch. They gave an amazing tour, walked me through all the amenities, and really paid attention to what I needed. The apartment they recommended is gorgeous. Honestly feels like I’m on vacation every single day.

  So glad I stayed!!! I am one of the few remaining original tenants at Vida and have witnessed the good and bad of this complex. Unfortunately, the original owners and poor management allowed the complex to go from beautiful to unacceptable in the two year they owned it. Thankfully, the property was sold about six month ago and the new owners and management are working towards bring this complex back to what it was and should be. The landscaping has been cleaned up, mulch is throughout the complex, immobile cars have been removed, irrigation issues being addressed, the pond has been cleaned up and gets treated, buildings are being power washed and new office staff, as well as, maintenance has been put in place. These changes are making a very positive difference. It was an extremely frustrating time with the old management and the poor reviews are valid for that time but positive changes are happening. I am very happy I held out moving because I can see the efforts to fix the problems and bring this complex back to what it was. Crystal, the new property manager, has done a great job navigating the frustrated tenants and working with corporate to get the necessary issues addressed. This was a two year downfall so it will/has taken time to fix but she is definitely doing just that. I have found no other complex that compares to the resort feel and great location we have here at Vida Lakewood Ranch!!
