The facilities and grounds are very well maintained. The atmosphere is calm and laid back. Special events are a common thing here including food trucks setting up a couple times a month. It's a good place to live!

The “computer lab” barely gets WiFi, and the printers are almost never working despite management saying they are. If it even sprinkles outside, the internet goes down for 16+ hours. This has been extremely inconvenient and even cost me a job because I couldn’t stay connected. On top of that, when I re-signed my lease, I later realized the listed rent was actually lower than what I re-signed for. That felt misleading. If you need reliable internet for work or school, look elsewhere.
