  I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The apartments are comfortable, and I really appreciate the overall atmosphere of the community. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live!

  I love living at Oasis at Manatee River! The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and have so many great extras. The grounds are always well maintained, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make living here easy and enjoyable. I also love that there are always fun activities for residents. It's a wonderful community, and I highly recommend it!

  I moved here in January of this year and in the beginning I thought I was moving to a luxury apartment complex! Sadie in the leasing office was great throughout the process, but that doesn’t mean the apartment complex is. The hallways in the building are DISGUSTING (residents putting out liquidy nasty trash letting the juice go all over), there’s constantly garbage and food (and even clothing??) on the stairs. I’ve seen german roaches here and I’m guessing it’s because of that trash. There’s constantly domestic disturbances going on in my building and we frequently see the police here at 12-2am. Not something you want to see in “luxury living”. The pool is very nice but the gym is pretty dirty, people bring their kids to play and run around while they work out and it’s pretty annoying. People don’t pick up their dog poop almost ever, it’ll even be next to the waste bins that have complimentary bags and it still isn’t picked up. There’s food and garbage on sidewalks and in the parking lots (literal containers of food rotting), beer bottles in bushes etc. People hang out in the parking lot and will lean on your car while drinking…pretty odd. The building has no sound proofing so you can literally hear the people below you talking and the people above you shake your walls, it’s awful. My lease is up in March and I will be moving. Very sad to think such a new complex is already not taken care of :( I’m giving two stars instead of one because of my nice experience with Sadie and for the pool.

  Been here since may and it has been the best experience ive had renting. Sadie was a dream to work with with getting in here and working with my quick move in date she made things happen quick and professional. Will definitely recommend people who are looking to move

  Shawn - I love it here, been here for about 2 years, great management, well maintained facilities, landscaping and lots of fun events that they have every month.
