- TBTony BowerJun 30, 20261.0We live their when the place was new it was loaded with roaches in the hallways over stacking in a lot of apartments the office does not know about the smart rent is a real rip off and it is against the law in Flordia not to give u a key to ur apartment this place refused to give anyone a key any attorney will tell u they are doing this illegally they have to give u a key the smell of pot all over in the building was terrible they sent an officer over to my apartment several times but they could not detect where it was comming from People that do t even live here come in at nite with pickups loads of trash and put it in the bins and outside the sherrifs arresting someone every other day. Walking someone out in handcuffs the complete office staff is gone from when I lived there I wonder why oh and if the elevators go down I have seen 3 weeks for them to fix it for a new complex this one is horrable
- DWDevilDog WarriorJun 20, 20261.0Not quite sure how this place gets anything over a ZERO star. Can’t really call it an apartment complex, it’s more like a prison halfway house. The animals running around the hallways, constantly banging and roaming the parking lot 24/7is whopping out of control. There are domestic incidents in the neighboring apartments and the security response is nonexistent. Everything is broken, the electric door locks are constantly broken, and maintenance, although they respond, never really fix anything. The hallways are filthy, the stairs are filthy, the elevator is filthy, it’s a disgrace. Pictures to follow. Videos to follow. Can’t wait to get out of this place.

The Oasis is always doing something new and fun on the property to enhance the atmosphere and encourage a friendly environment. The management team is absolutely the best I have ever experienced. I love the Oasis.
