  I cannot express my gratitude to Nancy At SunChase Apartment Homes in Bradenton, FL. She went above and beyond to help me. I am relocating from Ohio, which is a pretty big deal and she has been wonderful to work with and let me know exactly how to get on the waitlist and then when one came available, I was able to get it! If you are looking for kindness look no further. I highly recommend SunChase as a place to live!

  I want to give a huge thank you to Nancy Foss, at Sunchase Apartments, for her outstanding customer service. Nancy has truly gone above and beyond to help me and my mother throughout the process. She is always patient when answering our questions, responds quickly whenever we need assistance, and consistently treats us with kindness and professionalism. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made everything so much easier and less stressful. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents and takes the time to make sure all concerns are handled promptly. We truly appreciate all of her hard work and dedication. Thank you, Nancy, for making us feel welcomed and valued at Sunchase Apartments!

  I have nothing but positive things to say about Sun Chase. From Day 1, Nancy has always made Sun Chase feel like a true home. She is sweet, welcoming, and eager to help at any time of the day. She has been a joy to have as a property manager. Would pick this complex again solely for Nancy. Best maintenance crew! Thank you Mercedes, Angel, and Eric. All three fantastic human beings, always so friendly and beyond helpful even with the smallest of complaints. They work tirelessly and make the Sun Chase experience a 10/10. The property itself is nice and quiet. Great amenities: pool, hot tub, fitness room, valet trash pickup. Apartment units up to date with carpeting, blinds, washer/dryer, kitchens. Does not give the impression of an older complex. Spacious balconies. Very affordable considering the quality. Friendly neighborhood. Convenient location right across the street from GT Bray for tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and gym enthusiasts. Nice quiet running trails. Close by several gyms, including Amped, Planet Fitness, Crush.
