  I have been living here for a year and have renewed my lease because it is a perfect place for my children and myself. It's absolutely beautiful with an amazing layout, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, the kitchen is perfect with good cabinet space a dishwasher, trash valet, high ceilings in the living space with sliding glass doors to the main patio. We luckily have an amazing view of the pond, the 2nd bedroom is perfect for my 2 preteen and teenage kids along with washer and dryers in unit in a linen closet with nice storage, nice sized bathroom. The master bedroom also has its own sliding glass doors with a patio and a walk-in closet along with a master bathroom. To say I feel like I live in paradise is an understatement, my apartment is close to the office, mailbox, gym and pool area. The staff is the best, I'm horrible with names but have had the pleasure of meeting and being helped by each and every one of them, as I walk by or drive by I am always acknowledged with a hello or a wave, makes me feel welcomed and at home, the maintenance of the property is top tier the staff take care of the complex and the sweet ladies in the office are always there for anything you may need. I've lived in a couple of apartments and Sunchase is by far the most comfortable and happy I've ever been. Also GTBray park is right across the street, along with the just for girls club, an elementary school, a middle school and a bus stop convient for highschool also public transit if needed. Its so close to shopping as we're right in the middle between Cortez road and Manatee Ave, medical if needed, a fire department and Hospital seconds away if there ever was an emergency. Last but not least the beach is literally 5-10 minutes down the street. Couldn't ask for more!
