  I can’t say enough great things about Amber at Pulte homes Seaflower. She kept me updated with progress reports and photos throughout the construction process and answered all my questions. Thank you for a great experience.

  Although we ultimately couldn’t find a floor plan that met our specific needs, we wanted to give Pulte Homes—and especially Dannette Maldonado—a huge shout-out. Pulte has beautiful floor plans and options that even compete very well with some of the luxury builders in the community, but at much more affordable price points. Their models are beautiful, and based on what we saw, as well as conversations we had with several Pulte homeowners, they appear to be a great builder. One of the things that stood out to us most was their professionalism. They confidently highlighted their own strengths without ever undermining the competition. They clearly know their products, understand the niche they serve, and are confident in the value they offer. That was very refreshing. We primarily worked with Dannette Maldonado, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with—truly amazing! We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is knowledgeable, honest, incredibly personable, and patient. She went above and beyond throughout our time with her and consistently treated us with kindness and respect. You can tell that Dannette genuinely loves what she does. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to her customers are undeniable. Pulte is very, very fortunate to have her on their team. We also had the pleasure of meeting Amber when Dannette was out of the office. She spoke highly of the entire sales team and treated us with the same level of care and attention as though we were her own customers. It was another refreshing experience. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a floor plan that checked all the boxes for our specific needs. However, we were so impressed with Pulte’s designs, quality, and—most importantly—their people that we wanted to take the time to share our experience. If you’re considering building at Seaflower, stop in and ask for Dannette. She will guide you through your home search with honesty and integrity, regardless of where that search ultimately leads. She is truly wonderful to work with!

  Working with Dannette Maldanado at Pulte Homes/Seaflower has been an amazing experience!!! We clicked with her personality as soon as we walked in. Always smiling and willing to help. She has helped make our dream a reality! Her communication is top notch and if she doesn't' know an answer she will dive in and get it. ABOVE AND BEYOND is a great way to sum up Dannette as a person! Pulte is lucky to have her representing their company!

  Dannette is truly one of a kind and we are so thankful to have her help in purchasing our first home! Since our purchase, Dannette has patiently answered so many questions! We have never waited more than half a day to be responded to… even when we know Dannette was not at work! You can tell Dannette just wants to find the perfect home and what is best for all buyers! We have told many friends/ families during the process that we trusted, enjoyed and felt extremely supported by Dannette!
