  As a new immigrant, buying a home in the USA once felt like an impossible dream. Thanks to Jan from Ryan Homes, that dream is becoming a reality. From the beginning, Jan has guided us through every step with patience, kindness, and professionalism.. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions and explain each detail clearly. Her heart of gold and genuine care for her clients made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout the process. We feel truly blessed to have had her as our sales representative. We also had the pleasure of working with Chris, our Project Manager. His expertise and professionalism have been exceptional. He took the time to explain the construction process, answered our questions thoroughly, and reassured us that our home would be built to a high standard. His knowledge has given us great confidence as we watch our future home come to life.. We are also very grateful to Tyler from NVM Lending, who helped make the often tedious loan pre-approval process much less stressful. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the facts about the different loan options clearly. He worked diligently to help us find the best rates and the right loan plan for our situation. His guidance, patience, and expertise made a complicated process feel much more manageable. We are very happy with our decision to choose Ryan Homes at Hillwood Preserve. The community’s prime location, very close to Lakewood Ranch, excellent school zoning, low HOA, and no CDD fee were major factors in our decision. The community offers everything we were looking for as we begin this exciting new chapter. This experience has been about much more than purchasing a house, it has been the realization of a dream. We are deeply grateful to Jan, Chris, Tyler, and the entire Ryan Homes team for making this journey so special. We are excited and thankful to call Hillwood Preserve home.

  Jan Haukos at Hillwood Preserve community is truly EXCEPTIONAL ! She is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable- never once did my Mother- inlaw feel pressured or rushed to purchase a home. Jan took the time to understand her needs and guided my wife and Mother-inlaw through every step of the process as we relocated her to Florida. Jan is a wonderful asset to the team at Hillwood Preserve ! Jan navigated everything seamlessly, making what could have been overwhelming process feel smooth, organized, and even enjoyable! Her professionalism, combined with genuine care, made all the difference- and along the way , she became more than just a sales representative; she became a friend.   This is a new Chapter in our lives and we are in our early 70"s never thought this would happen : but we are very excited and looking forward to the finished product so we can move in.
