  There’s a difference between finding a great apartment and finding a place that genuinely feels like home. Residences at The Green has become the latter for me. Of course, the property is beautiful. The pool, fitness center, outdoor gathering areas, lounges, walking areas and all the little breakout spaces give you countless places to work, relax, entertain, read, exercise or simply get out of your apartment without ever really leaving home. Kudos to them on all! I feel they were well thought out. But what impresses me most is the attention to detail. There is a thoughtfulness to how this community has been designed and how it is cared for. You begin to realize that your home here doesn’t end at your front door—the entire property becomes part of the way you live. It feels so all-inclusive, like a cruise, I joke with my girlfriend, and in way if it feel like that: it is! And then there are the people. The community management team has been wonderful. They bring warmth and personality to a place that could otherwise simply be a beautiful collection of buildings and amenities. Instead, it feels like an actual community—one that people care about and take pride in. After living here, I think that may be the greatest compliment I can give Residences at The Green: They haven’t just simply created a beautiful place to live. They’ve created a place I love coming home to. Five stars, without hesitation. ★★★★★

  I would like to say that the staff in this office are all very professional and kind. Carrie and her new employee Alecia are right on point with everything answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to see with no hassitations. The office and the apartments are very clean and beautifully done. The grouds and pool are all very clean and beautiful as well. Thank you for making my experience memorable. They really make you feel like your home. If you looking for a great place to live i recommend moving here they have everything and everything you need. The location is perfect all stores and shopping is within walking distance. Great for someone with no car.

  I recently had the opportunity to visit Residences at the Green, and I was extremely impressed with the experience. The first thing that stood out to me was Carrie and the incredible level of care and attention she brings to the community. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely dedicated to making sure residents feel valued and supported. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the positive atmosphere throughout the property and the high standard of service provided by the team. I also had the pleasure of working with Darcie, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question with patience and professionalism. Her warm personality and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable and stress free. It's easy to see why she is such an asset to the community. The office team is responsive and welcoming, and I've heard consistently positive feedback about the maintenance staff and their ability to complete requests quickly and efficiently. That level of service gives residents real peace of mind. The amenities are beautiful, well maintained, and offer something for everyone. The entire property is exceptionally clean, from the common areas to the grounds, and it's obvious that great pride is taken in keeping the community looking its best. Overall, Residences at the Green is a beautiful, well-managed community with outstanding staff, excellent amenities, and a commitment to resident satisfaction that truly sets it apart. Highly recommend!

  The lack of security here is unacceptable, and the customer service is terrible. I’m genuinely saddened by my experience because there is absolutely no sense of safety in this community. If you own valuable belongings or regularly receive important or expensive packages, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This is not a safe place to live.

  I have been a resident at Residences on the Green for nearly two years, and my experience has been outstanding from day one. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to everything that makes Lakewood Ranch such a great place to live. What truly sets this community apart, however, is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and beautifully kept, creating an environment that feels both comfortable and upscale. A special mention goes to the community manager Carrie P, who does an exceptional job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to the community are evident in every aspect of the property. She has created a friendly, classy atmosphere that residents are proud to call home. If you're looking for a community that combines a great location, excellent management, and a well-maintained living environment, I highly recommend Residences on the Green.
