  I have been a resident at Residences on the Green for nearly two years, and my experience has been outstanding from day one. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to everything that makes Lakewood Ranch such a great place to live. What truly sets this community apart, however, is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and beautifully kept, creating an environment that feels both comfortable and upscale. A special mention goes to the community manager Carrie P, who does an exceptional job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to the community are evident in every aspect of the property. She has created a friendly, classy atmosphere that residents are proud to call home. If you're looking for a community that combines a great location, excellent management, and a well-maintained living environment, I highly recommend Residences on the Green.   We were really excited and looking forward to moving in to this new home. We had just toured an apartment and were offered a special deal if we made a decision by 24 hours. We called back the next day and our apartment was taken..

  As a new tenant, I am thoroughly impressed with the complex, its amenities, and the prime location. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the accessibility of the management team. I have had the pleasure of working with Maggie, who is exceptionally pleasant, professional, and communicates effectively. Her informative and helpful nature made both the application process and move-in day seamless. Thank you for ensuring a fantastic start!

  Why I Would Never Want to Live Here While searching for a new apartment, I came across Residences at the Green. Online, the property looks amazing. Unfortunately, my experience trying to contact them was the complete opposite. When you call, you can’t get a hold of an actual human being. Their AI phone system doesn’t work properly, and when you select options to speak with someone about becoming a resident, it tells you the line is disconnected. At first, I thought I’d do them a favor and let them know their phone system was having issues. But the deeper I went, the worse it got. If you try to report a maintenance issue, you’re prompted to leave a voicemail. Need security? Leave a voicemail. Need someone in the office? Leave a voicemail. Outside vendor trying to contact the property? Leave a voicemail. I also sent them a message through the contact form on their website, which is supposedly another way to reach them. To this day, I’ve never received a response. In my opinion, whoever owns or manages this property is trying too hard to replace human interaction with automation, and that’s simply not somewhere I would want to live. It’s a shame, because the property itself looks really nice. And by the way, if someone from Residences at the Green actually reads this review, your phone system is not working properly. That may be one of the reasons you’re struggling to rent apartments right now.

  Moving here mid May. Cannot wait!! It's such a beautiful & peaceful place. As a medical worker it's only 10mins from the hospital!!!!!
